Replacement pull-out corner
We bought a replacement pull-out Vauth Segel corner. Although the packaging was in a terrible state and the components were rattling inside the assembled corner works very well so far.
Our old corner (2003) was great, but one component failed and we could not find a replacement, had to buy a complete set. Just lucky that all the screw positions remained the same in the new sightly different system except for the door fixing.
One star less for packaging and unclear door fixing instructions.

Service was good on my first order with…
Service was good on my first order with next day delivery but for my second order I was not notified the product was not in stock and would be delayed by a week. Assuming it would be delivered next day I emailed to see if it would be ok to go out without missing the delivery I was told it wasn’t in stock.

Late delivery, missing parts, not happy.
I ordered the item on the 22nd with it being advertised as next day delivery, I didnt receive it until 6th.
My installer came to take out the old bin, unpackaged this 1 but it didn't come with the various screws needed to install, I had to pay for their time and still no bin installed with an open kitchen unit.
The paper instructions are not very clear at all either.
I thought paying premium for this bin was a good idea but I am regretting that decision now.

I'm sorry to hear your bin was delivered with some missing parts. Please could you let us know the parts that are missing so we can supply these. If you can reply to the emails we have sent regarding this that would be great thanks.
Your order was placed on the 28th of December. Over Christmas, as advertised across the website we, and our suppliers, were closed for dispatching orders until Monday 5th. Your bin was then sent on a next day service for delivery on the 6th.

Fast, efficient service. Handles were well packaged and very reasonably priced.
