Perfect replacement pan
Perfect replacement milk pan for the one my husband lost. My original 5 piece Artame set were bought on about 1991 and are still in brilliant condition. Himself threw away or left outside the milk pan so I was very pleased to find such a perfect replacement. Good price for great quality

Kitchway forgot to calculate a 30% tax…
Kitchway forgot to calculate a 30% tax on top of the offered price. That was bad surprise we could not expecting . We reported this to them without any reaction. That is not fair and we will never again order something at this company and recommend everyone to do the same.

For clarification, upon checking our records, we can confirm that we proactively communicated with you to arrange either a replacement or a refund, and the refund has now been processed.
We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this. As soon as you notified us of the damage, we responded promptly and offered our standard solution: a replacement. Shipping fragile items like crockery always carries a risk of damage during transit, which is why breakages can occasionally occur, even with well-packaged, high-quality products.
