Terrible Experience – Lost My Number and No Support
I’m disappointed with Kixie. After using their service for around six months, I cancelled the renewal payment for the next year, thinking it would simply stop auto-renewing. Instead, they immediately cancelled my entire account and disconnected my number without any clear warning that this would happen.
When I tried to log back into my account two months later, I was told it had been permanently cancelled and that the phone number (which was valuable to our business) could not be recovered. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that I had already paid for the full year in advance.
The customer service was completely unhelpful and all I received were canned responses and no genuine effort to resolve the issue. Losing our business number caused a lot of disruption, and Kixie took no responsibility whatsoever.
Avoid Kixie if you value your business phone number or expect decent customer support.
Beware of the Good Reviews
All of the good reviews here are fake. The product just isn't professional. Nor is the company obviously. Glitches all over the place, customer support is terrible, and we were sold on features that just don't work.

I love the local presence using kixie. Makes follow up calls less of a headache. Power dialer is beneficial especially when I’m running behind. I can get through my call lists quickly and efficiently. I know I probably use a fraction kixies functions but I plan to explore.

I can’t imagine the customer experience when the internal experience from their own employees (current/former) is rated as a 3.4/5 on Glassdoor and they are paying 50 dollar gift cards to try and save their marketing presence to have ANYONE leave a Trustpilot review so they look more reputable.
A robocaller startup with a lot to work on. For now, I’ll leave on DND.

I been using Kixie for a couple months…
I been using Kixie for a couple months & I really like it. It's not hard to use very easy and straight forward when making calls. I would definitely put this as the top one for everybody to use when making calls. I can't wait to see what Kixie have in stores for on further on. I would get Kixie NOW.
My experience
I started using Kixie after trying 4-5 other dialing systems. The setup was very easy and they have excellent customer service. The local presence helped a ton with higher pickup rates. It was efficient and had no errors during dialer. If you wish to connect to a CRM you can do that too.
Great service
Great resource very easy to use and install. You have the ability to dial 5-10 numbers at once. Works with google chrome and apple products. Very happy with the product wish I knew about this sooner.
Dodgy company
Seems odd that all of the good reviews of this company are posted within 1-2 days of each other. From someone who has used the product, on the positive side, the call quality is clear, and the click-to-call feature works well. On the negative side, the calls are flagged as spam at least 80% of the time. I have been double-billed on more than one occasion, and reaching someone helpful on customer support is next to impossible. Maybe some people have actually had a good experience but if you are an actual SMB with more than 10 employees, I doubt it.
So far
So far, I have had this platform for a little over 2 months now, and it works great. For someone who is starting off with a business with only a few reps. Kixie would be the #1 dialer to get. Very simple to use, inexpensive and has a lot of talior fitted options for you to choose from. I'm happy with my investment. The flexability with the plans are convieant.
