Never use Kixie

Refused to let me get out of contract when they lied about what was included. Then they ignored over 10 of my messages and left me with an incredibly poor product that I had to pay for

All other records in our system show we replied in a timely manner, and our support team members assisted you in less than 24 hours on all of your numerous requests.

Kixie has a lot of issues

Kixie has a lot of issues:
1: It always presents audio issues and even though you have screenshots and recordings of the screen TO PROVE, nobody gives you a real solution, they say IT could be your headphones, laptop, second screen, but OH SURPRISE! Kixie is the only app having this issue and it's annoying to be checking every day and testing the audio which ends affecting performance.
2: it has a multidialer option which does not work properly and it gets stuck dialing over and over and it seems that it's normal and you gotta get use to it even though you're paying for a full service.
3: Customer service says you can simply reach out to the customer service team through live chat because a meeting it's for more complex issues.

This is not the best option for your business.

This product sounds good but there's a lot of issues with it. 1) First & foremost there is no custom integration with you CRM. So whatever they have as default, you're stuck with even though it's incredibly sloppy. If something doesn't work well with your CRM, you have to manually type notes or copy and paste, it doesn't update your lead statuses, and properly execute workflows.

2) There's no true onboarding for individual agents and small groups. They advertise they take care of you and set everything up if you're an experience writing agent, but they don't

3) Customer Support is a joke. The guy that signed me up for Kixie, completely ghosted me after I signed up. I've called him multiple times, sent him emails, and texts and no response.

4) The dialer is suppose to dial up to 10 leads at a time but that's not exactly how it works, it sometimes dials 2, 1, 5, 3, and other random amounts depending on how it lines up with the outbound id it uses

5) which brings me to the next issue. The outbound caller id will show up to a lot of phone carriers (AT&T, Verizon, & T-Mobile) from what I know so far, as "Unknown Caller" or "Private Caller" without displaying the phone number which makes it look just like "spam" or "scam". This doesn't help answer rates at all. They mention they scrub their numbers every week, but there's only 50 phone numbers for every area code for this company so if that's true, by the end of the day Monday if not sooner, all these numbers may be flagged as spam "checking & rotating" weekly doesn't do much good.

6) And rallying off the last point, most phone carriers have an "auto-block" feature that will automatically block numbers that see will low scores or as robocallers, or over dialing the same people over and over again. And since these phone numbers are not yours (they're kixie's) and they're used by hundreds of other agents/users who are most likely not using best practices when calling, most of these numbers are labeled as spam, unknown caller/private caller or blocked by the end of the 1st day of the work week. So to give you an example here, I loaded 47 new leads into my powerlist and after one session, 45 of contacts were removed after being autoblocked.

So save your money. Keep to your regular dialer and regular power dialer. Focus on keeping your call scores up and the leads that are really interested in the coverage will buy. It's a numbers game and if you're calls aren't going through because they're being autoblocked, labeled as spam/scam and unknown/private, it's tough to make a sale.

For example, you can select how many numbers you want the PowerDialer to dial at a time, or you can opt to use the feature that automatically varies the amount of numbers dialed at a time, optimizing for maximum answer rates. Our support team is also available to help and ensures issues like these are resolved, and/or features are clearly explained so that you can get the most out of them.

They've no showed 2x on my demo

Searching for a phone solution to integrate with HighLevel. Need specific functionality, and was pointed towards Kixie as the go-to. Well, I've scheduled 2 demos and both were no-shows from the Kixie end. Can't review the product, but I can review the attentiveness.

"Hi Brian,

I apologize our offices were closed this week on Monday and Tuesday. Please feel free to reschedule your demo with me at your earliest convenience: [rep's calendar link redacted]

I'll be happy to provide you a full walkthrough then and I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend your demo today."

Buyer Beware

Honestly, this was software that did not work. Everyday there was a different issue. Nice people, but absolutely not honest about the capabilities. I have the screen shots which I will share, that show the daily struggle with things like answering inbound calls, call coaching that worked only half the time, conference calling that never worked, or their app that blows. This is Beta, thats why they have you sign a 3 month contract, so they can capture revenue while in development. TRUST ME, THIS SOFTWARE IS BAD, LIKE REALLLLLLY BAD..

Jean-Francois, we are not a "fraud company." And our phone system clearly worked for you, as you sent 1,258 texts using Kixie. Additionally, we refunded you (on the date you left this review, May 6 2023) a total of $845 USD. Over the course of the year you were a customer, you sent and received 1,258 text messages. After the $845 refund, you paid a total of $100 USD for one year's worth of texting, due to charges incurred by outgoing text messages — not a bad deal, and certainly not fraud.

Dreadful customer service and…

Dreadful customer service and experience. Auto renewal a scam so watch out. Don’t sign up as they won’t respond. Note no Instagram or Facebook so you cannot contact them only by email. Stay away as they are an untrustworthy company.

Hi Adrian, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. However, nearly all subscription-based services auto-renew, like AT&T, Verizon, Netflix, Hulu, and so on. Calling auto-renewal a "scam" is, at best, ill informed. We've been praised countless times on our customer service, as you can see from reviews on G2.com and elsewhere. At the time you wrote this review, we not only had a toll free phone number listed in our website header, we also had social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as you could have found in the footer of our website. SCAM! Stay far away!

The quality of this companies services is shocking, I would give 0 stars if possible. Their call quality is rubbish, the systems don't work a lot of the time (they refuse to believe this).

I also put in a complaint and the agent and the manager both laughed at me. avoid this company like the plauge

P.S. its this companies policies not to other any refunds at all even if they are at fault. SCAM!
