Shoes, not hands-free
Beware that the shoes depicted on the Kizik website are not what they actually sell. They show shoes with laces that are bonded without bows or requirements for tying. However when you receive the shoes, they are normal tie shoes. For persons with disabilities, this sort of defeats the purpose of buying this type of shoe if you still have to bend down and tie the shoes. The one shown on the website and in their videos are just modified to have a cleaner look in the photographs. This amounts to basically bait and switch or misrepresentation of the shoes.

They advertise free returns in ads outside the UK but the small point says US only. They wanted nearly £40 to return a pair of shoes. This company deserves to fail. Pity.

Super comfortable right out of the box. We don’t wear shoes in the house so I bought these as shoes I will only wear in the house since I’m on my feet all day. Great support - I have a high arch, a narrow heel and they are a great fit. No slipping or uncomfortable rubbing anywhere. Easy to slip in and out of. Love the blush colour. Such a pretty shoe!! Will order more to wear outside lol Highly highly recommend.

Hello fellow Canadians - Walk away from KIZIK fast - don’t get sucked in. They admitted it was a faulty shoe - the faulty part - THE HEEL! The design element that “sets them apart”.
Their website says “returns made easy” … sure it’s easy - the customer pays for their faulty product! They don’t lose - the customer does.
It’s a shame that a company won’t stand behind their own product - a $235/pair product.
It’s another sheister company where you need to read the small print and don’t get sucked into their “marketing”.

No where on the site does it say that the sizes are American not UK/EUROPEAN, so ended up with 2 pairs of shoes that were far to small. Then when I requested to return the shoes that's when you are HIT with the return cost £42.00. There is no choice for you to use alternative couriers. You only find this out when you get a response from Kizik requesting a return.

Shoes come out in a small fit which is not stated on their website therefore despite my ordering the correct size they were too small. My main grudge though is that they deducted £40.06 from the original cost of £145.00 and they are therefore offering me £104.94 as a refund. How can it cost that much to return them? I send parcels to family in Australia for less??? I had a terse response to my query so beware when ordering. Poor customer after care

Sizing on the website does not specify whether it’s US, UK or euro which is confusing, even though UK was chosen from the beginning as country of residence.
I Ordered the shoe in the US sizing and followed up with an email to confirm the size.
Customer service were useless quoting the wrong size even though it’s on their own website.
The last email was to cancel my order without an explanation, maybe it’s because I questioned them about the sizing .

Customer Service is a reason to avoid these shoes altogether
I don't have issue with the shoes, but the company and service are a nightmare.
Ordered online and my order came from the US store. Effectively doubled the cost. No notification or changing online stores or pricing update during the transaction.
Reached out to customer service to get the difference refunded and they requested returning my shoes even though the purchase is past the 30 day cutoff. I asked for a clear statement of exemption in writing. I like the shoes, but they aren't worth the headache.
Update: Their 'customer support' is quick to respond but only if I stay up late. Unfortunately, their responses are laughable. Their last comms said that they would process a refund request after I sent the shoes in at my expense plus paid a restocking fee of $70.
So now I've had the shoes two months and the material is not holding up well at all. I'll eat the price and consider this an expensive learning experience. Avoid Kizik. It's a novel idea that's terribly executed.

I am a true size 8. The shoes I bought are snug, and not very comfortable. They are not as easy to put on as the commercials show. I tried twice so far to get through to customer service, but the hold time was too long, They are definitely not worth the price.
Not true to size and ridiculous refund costs
I ordered a size 5 standard, womens Athens from thier website. Im always soze 5 in EVERYTHING. They were SO small. No way true to size. Then, to send them back you have to pay £39.49! Least they could do is tell you how expensive they are to refund/exchange when you are buying. Kind of seems like they size them so wrong on purpose.

Terrible for high arch! I've used arch supports 15 years, but no help on these shoes! Flat as a pancake! Returned today!
Kizik shoe sizing is not accurate
Kizik shoe sizing is not accurate. I am a men’s size 10 and have been for a long time. Kizik size 10 don't fit me and when I compare the shoes to my other size 10 shoes yours are 1/8-1/4 inch smaller. Kizik needs to be more realistic about sizing. I now spent $100 of a pair of shoes I can't wear. I would advise buyer not to buy these shoes.
Don't order if outside the US!
Just bought a pair for $149.
Received an email and was billed $265.
Had no idea the pricing was in US...not one pop up or small text about ordering outside the US.
But now read returning from Canada is expensive ~$50.

Outrageous Return Cost - Canada
Sent return from Canada and was told the charge would be $31. Complained and had it reduced to $15 as this was a recent change to their pricing. However, once I received confirmation of my refund it was short the tax I paid and when I asked was told the tax is non-refundable. So anyone ordering from Canada expect returns to cost over $50!!
Do not order from Canada!

I love the slip on and off of these shoes. Toe room is exceptional, arch support mediocre. What I do not like is the tread, the soles pick up all the sand and fine dirt, and then they get slick. I’d like to see a soft rubber sole with better traction.
