Great service, one happy customer
I spotted a dress online so I popped in to Klass at Sterling Mills. Unfortunately they didn't have it stock. However, Elaine offered to help me pick another. She was most welcoming and immediately put me at ease and made several suggestions, all lovely looking. On seeing my uncertainty in choosing a size, she offered to let me try it on in the changing room since there were no other customers which was appreciated, particularly in current climate. As a result, shop made a sale and I left as a very happy customer. Thanks Elaine and Klass!

I think it’s a very pretty dress that’s a winner for me.
I think it’s a very pretty dress that fits me perfectly apart from the length as I’m only 5 foot 2 but I have someone who can shorten it for me.It’s a go anywhere dress but not too flashy so I love it.

Returns
I need to return the item and return procedure is ridiculous. I don't have a printer or anyone to ask. Why not just have returns that can be taken to the post office. Will never order again or recommend Klass.

Slip on and go
I brought one of these dresses from a garden centre years ago and love it. The other day I was thinking that I wanted a dress that I could slip on and go and suddenly thought of the Klass dress that I brought, hence buying two more. Good value for money and can wear them anywhere.
