Installation was completed without any…
Installation was completed without any issues and the chaps were great and very helpful.
With regards to performance, considering this is a fibre broadband, I have not noticed any speed improvement compared to the broadband service I had with TalkTalk, which happened to be £7 per month cheaper.
Also, the standard router supplied has poor WiFi range and looks ugly.

The service was fast and the installer Ryan was friendly and did a great job. Just waiting for my Internet phone then the job will be complete. I've much faster Internet speeds now.

Broadband and telephone service
The broadband service is working well after some minor delay in arranging installation.
The telephone (VOIP) service is proving less satisfactory. The options of phone available were limited and the text size / menu structure on the phone not “user friendly” for older users. I am also having difficulty with adding an adapter to enable use of my original phone, which I was told would be possible.

Not really sure that the Broadband is any faster but reliability is if more concern.
The Voice over Internet is a slight disappointment.

Download speed is lower than ever
Download speed is lower than ever. Have reported this but no action taken. Currently speed is 14. I had better internet connectivity with sky. It does not reach upstairs all in all very disappointing!

Business Kloud9 installation
As a frontrunner business customer in Kelsall, there were lots of hoops to go through before taking the system on. It works well, installation went reasonably smoothly, though was delayed, and the administrative side of taking on the contract and associated customer service was top notch.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. Immediate connection when we moved into new apartment, with excellent interaction with the Support team. No problems during the nine months we have now been using Kloud9. Great service and good pricing.

Ashley installed Kcloud 9 Broadband.
Kcloud 9 Broadband installed for us by Ashley on Friday 7 July. Excellent service, very professional and courteous made sure everything was up and running before she left.
From the installation service alone I would recommend Kcloud 9. Hopefully it will fulfill all promised internet speeds. So far so good.

Very happy customer
Ashley was great when she did the installation and she made sure that everything was working fine before she left. She went the extra mile. And the boys were great too, playing with our dog Bonnie when they had finished their work while Ashley was commissioning.

Not great. Monopoly mindset
Router provided not sufficient for property and no support to get wifi to all parts of apartment. Service is not stable and often lose critical speed of service. Contact centre seem unable or unwilling to accept issues and no desire to fix issues. We have no other internet options installed in the apartment so why would they bother.
