Almost great!
Everything was great. The only downside was that we were told cables would be pulled through existing conduits, only approx. 2 weeks prior to install. We found out a week before install that telegraph poles were being erected, which are an eyesore. Then cables started being installed overhead to houses, which is when we found out they couldn't pull the cables through the existing conduits. The team had been in the village for a number of weeks prior to them confirming about pulling the cables through. They knew they couldn't pull them through and this was not communicated to us. Apart from that, everything else was good. Internet no longer drops out. Small but noticeable difference in speed.
Their system is independent, no other company can use their lines at present, so if you want to go with another provider, you will likely have to keep your BT, Sky, Virgin lines.

They fixed it when it stopped working
Following on from our successful connection, everything was going well until one evening at around 8pm our internet went off. Kloud9 were available on the phone straight away to talk me through the various ways of fixing it. When these didn’t work, their engineer was on site the following morning at 8am to fix the issue. Everything is working perfectly again now. I speak as I find and their after sales service was impeccable on this occasion.

Fast and efficient install!
Just had it installed and all good so far. Very helpful installer did a nice job and all working with very good speeds circa 500Mb - will see how it evolves over the next few weeks!

We had kloud9 fibre Internet, installed by Billie, her work was nice and tidy, she was very friendly, there was a Gent outside working but I didn't get his name, very pleased with the completed job.

Great customer service but more info please
The customer service is great as I have been easily able to have direct conversations and call-backs about questions relating to the new supply.
The installation was very easy to schedule and indeed reschedule. The only let-down was not being pre-warned about the box being installed eg external wall and near sockets. Thankfully, the team on the day suggested a good place and even helped re-site a board screwed into the wall that was in the way, but ideally I would like to have been prepared better.

All in all a very smooth process
All in all a very smooth process. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and everything happened as promised. All works as it should. Full fibre broadband and VOIP phone for less than I was paying for fibre to the box and copper wire telephony.
