Bought a bed on eBay and it didn't arrive at all, I sent 4 messages but got no response from them. I eventually had to open a dispute with eBay and eventually got a refund. Bad experience DO NOT USE

Purchased item off eBay from this company. Avoid as fraudsters take your money but doesn't deliver goods or communicate at all. Going to report to police and trading standards.

I ordered two foldup tables off them at 10 am , not only did they beat the price of other competitors by £25 per table they delivered them to my door the following morning at 10am . that to me is excellent service !

Purchased a swimming pool off them. They where the cheapest on -line(saved about £40). Arrived in three days and all communication with customer services was easy quick and polite.

I purchased a Foxhunter 3 drawer filing cabinet from KMS on Sunday last , and it was due for delivery today 10th July. My item arrived yesterday 9th. I also purchased a 8x6 Westwood garden shed a few weeks ago from KMS, and delivery was also on time. Both of these items are of excellent quality. I cannot fault this company in any way, and will have no hesitation in using them again soon.

I have been a ebay buyer for many years now potential buyers please be aware this company is the worst I've ever incounterd i bought a small storage shed from them 6x4 metal shed parts was missing and when contacting them about this they took over 1 month to resend parts that i listed as missing they even sent wrong color of panels as didn't have the same color of shed parts i did agree to this as i was offerd a discounted price i had the shed partly built so needed to finish it anyway that was sorrted then i dident have unuff of nuts and bolts my god ive had to open a ebay case against these 🤠 over 1 month on I'm still wating to finish this storage shed stay clear of these poor products its worth looking into a proper firm that will supplie you with correct materials not missing parts shame on them should have there sails striped from selling products

Worst company to deal with on ebay, sent the faulty bed, I paid for assembly and only found out later the bed is faulty and they ask for original packaging to return, very unhelpful.

I was slightly worried after reading previous reviews but I was very pleased with firstly the customer service and secondly the quick dispatch and delivery and thirdly the quality of the product...Which was 2crushed velvet armchairs.

Ordered the goods on 18/01/19 ,made an inquiry on the shipping date on 23/01/19 and was advised that I have to pay £60 extra for shipping to NI !!!!

Fix your website ,2 stars for prompt reply from one of your customer service rep and the refund issued .

Huge and expensive mistake buying on KMSdirect. I bought an AIRBRUSHKITSET, they sent me an model that is way inferior and cheaper and never returned my e-mail asking to correct the mistake. They're dishonest and don't reply to custumers

Stay away! Sent me the wrong bed from what I ordered, upon advising them they said Saturday they would sort it out but never heard from them again. Did not answer my call and ignored messages. Quality of the bed is bad in addition.

We ordered a foxhunter day bed last Thursday at 10pm (25/01/2018) on Amazon. Due to receive between 31/01/2018 - 03/02/2018. Received the bed on the 30/01/2018. Perfect condition in two boxes. My husband and I put it together last night! He commented the bed was much easier to put together than IKEA. Cannot fault any part of the process and was also wary from reading some of the reviews. 5/5 from me

We ordered a foxhunter unit from this company when it arrived it was all scratched and broken I have taken better stuff to our local tip I contacted them with photos they said i could have a partial refund if I kept it, I refused so they said they would send another via xdp another cowboy company I was told it was on the way then the driver hadn't put it on van then it was on the van lies lies and more lies never again

Failed to deliver and now won’t refund my money. Having to claim via PayPal and eBay which they deliberately make you wait the maximum period of time to get your money back . Avoid and spend your hard earned money elsewhere .

Bought a metal pent shed from them via ebay. What a waste of money!!
None of the pre drilled holes matched up therefore ended up having to drill them myself, pieces were bent and out of shape, 2 left door sides were sent instead of left and right and the manual/pictures were neither use nor ornament!! They didn't make sense - told you to put bits together then further on telling you to add bits too it, so ended up having to undo parts to add pieces. What should have been a 3-4 hour job ended up taking 3 days. I would have sent it back but couldn't afford the courier after buying the shed!!

I have complained and sent photos but not heard anything back!!

I have read a few bad reviews for this company but can only report my own experience. I ordered 6 dining chairs for my parents as a present from me and my sister and our partners. Two of the seats were damaged due to being packed too tightly and a replacement set were sent out with no delay. The chairs are fantastic for the price and I would like to thank Conor at KMS Direct for all his assistance in getting our issue resolved. I will definitely order from this company in the future.

Bought an item of them via there ebay store known as mantradingltd, item did not work from day one! however they just ignored us and delayed us. Tried to blame the item being faulty on us. They had really bad attitude. Can not understand how they can operate in this manner in this day and age. Just keep away.
