I picked up my item yesterday morning and I had a great experience!!!!
I had never been to this store before nor shop at tool equipment stores regularly so I felt a bit intimidated coming in but was welcomed and helped by the awesome staff. The gentlemen who helped me/retrieved my purchase from pick up was so helpful, kind, and efficient! It was such an easy and quick process. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Very good customer service
I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I asked an employee. He told me the saw horses I wanted were on the second floor, a place where I don’t think customers are allowed to go. He retrieved two units for me and took them to checkout, Along the way he pointed out the location of another item I wanted and helped me search for the correct size.

When certain items are not available from the internet or no inventory the staff respond quickly and arrange to have the item brought in for pick up.

Out of stock items
Out of stock items - far too many. I was looking for cyanoacrylate glue. All there was were refill bottles without the necessary dispenser top / nozzle. Virtually useless that way.
Why is this kind of stock even in the store??

One of my favourite stores.
Great store, great staff and lots of tools. I'm a European car guy ( Red Seal Carpenter and Auto Technician ) and I wouldn't mind seeing more tools for these types of cars. I also love that KMS has a great selection of shop and woodworking tools.

Well they had what I needed, though I had to find it myself. I had asked multiple employees where in the store it was, they said we don't have that. After much searching I found the item I was looking for.
