Our Members have no limitations, like networks, because our services work the same way in every state. Works for me!
After my dad turned 65, I was left to figure out health insurance even before the age of 26. I am self-employed, and I earn too much to qualify for subsidized healthcare. I found health insurance to be a complete waste of money. I spent a lot of time researching options, and chose Knew Health. I am so happy with my choice. They are very transparent with what they will share, and everything is reimbursed in a timely manner. Maybe the only downside is sometimes I get strange looks from Dr office receptionists, but that is so worth it for the thousands of dollars I have saved already! Here’s how I’ve saved:
-I actually take advantage of the preventative care (covered all but $30 for both an adult annual and well-woman) AND I choose my doctors
-All my regular blood work was easy and free
-I sprained my thumb and went to urgent care. Because I was self pay and could pay right away, my bill went from $1000 (with insurance) to $400
-I got five months of gym membership reimbursed with the self-care credit
I am so satisfied to actually be getting services I use in exchange for the membership. It is a smart and simple approach. Though I am lucky to not have incurred any severe injuries or illness, my experience with Knew Health so far has given me a lot of confidence that I will be taken care of. Health shares are not for everyone. But health insurance is no white knight either. Health insurance will do everything they can to NOT pay what they say they will pay. So if theres a real problem, you might have to go through a whole lawsuit just to get them to do what they said they would do. Knew health says what they will pay for and they pay it. So read their guidelines thoroughly, and decide if they make sense for you. Theres no fighting, no waiting on hold, no lawsuits. They are super easy to get ahold of and everyone in their team is pleasant and easy to understand. Cheers to knew health!

I joined Knew Health a little over a…
I joined Knew Health a little over a year ago, my son‘s and myself. We’ve only needed to use the services I think twice, and it was amazing! They were super communicative, answered all of my questions helped me through the process of starting, there’s so much information!
About a month ago, I ended up in the emergency room with possible food poisoning. I paid my portion and Knew health promptly paid the balance the next day. It works just like they say it does, we are very happy!

They are pretty good overall and actually take into consideration the very high cost of blood work for people who live in New York.

Great benefits, great customer service
I haven't used Knew Health for anything major (knock on wood), but I have used the discounted lab work and some of the self-care credit. So far, their customer service has been outstanding! They are extremely quick to respond. Coupled with their generous benefits, I just wish I had started with them sooner.

I've been with Knew Health for a couple…
I've been with Knew Health for a couple of years now, the company has been great to work with! My premiums are very reasonable, John my personal account rep has been amazing he's very responsive and explains everything in as much detail as I need. The reimbursements have always been quick with no hassle. Knew Health is NOT your typical health insurance, they are so much better!

I cannnot see where any resolution has…
I cannnot see where any resolution has occurred with my last Dr expense. Can’t find it on website and can’t find an email about it other than the one that said they got it. I feel in the dark regarding all of it.

Knew Health rocks!
I am so happy with Knew Health. I've been able to access a lot of the benefits and the website interface is SO easy. For example, I saw a Doctor on Demand (telehealth) when I had an urgent health issue, and was able to also order lab tests. So simple! Reimbursements have also been straightforward.
And what I am most happy about, and what Knew Health excels best at, is their clear and timely email and phone communication. It's so good to know that healthcare doesn't have to be confusing :)

I needed to schedule surgery with UCSF in San Francisco. I did reach out to John from Knew Health and the entire process could not have been better. He guided me very patiently through the application process, discuss various strategies, and made sure I was fully funded to pay for the required down payment prior to my scheduled procedure. I highly recommend Knew Health. They really support you in a time of need!

Knew Health has been very easy and…
Knew Health has been very easy and enjoyable to work with. Their team is responsive to my questions and need submissions. Reimbursements show up in my bank account within days of submission. Working with them has been an empowering experience for me in navigating our broken medical system. I believe my family and I have been able to access superior health care at affordable rates by working outside the system and having more choice. I've been able to share 100% of my home birth fees after meeting my IUA. My husband has been able to share expenses from working with doctors who choose not to accept traditional insurance and prioritize the health and wellness of their clients. I'd highly recommend Knew Health to anyone that, like us, are self-employed, not interested in paying even higher fees for catastrophic insurance plans that don't have many benefits and are dedicated to wellness.

Highly recommend Knew Health! Everyone I work with is so friendly and helpful, they are quick to respond, and are always ready to help problem solve any bills/issues that arise. They’re quick to reimburse for medical costs. I love how it feels like I’m working with a small business vs. a mega insurance company. I feel like Knew Health actually cares about my and my family’s health and we’re not just another dollar on the books. Knew Health has made caring for our health so much more pleasant.

Knew Health is GREAT!
We have been with Knew Health for 1 year and have been very happy with them. My son had a knee injury in the summer that required surgery. Knew Health helped navigate the medical process and covered all expenses after we met the UIA. Communication and reimbursements were very timely and appreciated! So far so good
So far dealing with the girls at Knew Health has been a pleasure. I get to talk to actual human beings without the irritating experience of crossing buttons while listening to a robot. These people are in the business of people, and you get to talk to actual people. I have sent in one claim so far and the claim was paid within one and a half weeks. So far it's so good if it stays this way, I will stay with them.
