So far so great. I took a chance trying Knew Health after departing from big corporates like Kaiser and Blue Cross. The service at Knew Health is prompt, and they really are trying hard to make this service work well. I am pleased with the Needs management staff and the rest of the team as well. I wish Knew Health continued success!

I have had multiple medical needs since joining Knew Health, and they have been great to work with every time! They are extremely helpful when it comes to navigating hospital bills, negotiating bills, and managing expenses. They have helped minimize the cost to me, and the value is amazing! I also think the member benefits are excellent - much better than my corporate health insurance plan!

I used knew health as gap insurance while I was waiting for my employer benefits to kick in. As sign up incentive I received $500 towards wellness and supplements supplies. During this time I was also able to get my well woman appointment done as well as thermography images to screen breast health. I submitted several claims and always heard back within a week sometimes within 2 days! The check followed in the mail shortly after. I did have one claim with missing information that my provider had to correct and they let me know right away what I needed to fix it in order to process quickly. Honestly, if I didn't need HSA for the next few years due to my kids needing braces I would have kept this plan. When it came time to cancel it was no hassle and I received confirmation within the hour. I would highly recommend!

We recently switched to Knew Health since the other company we were members of was unfortunately a disappointment; all was good, so we thought, until I had a medical incident, then it became a cat and mouse game. My husband was skeptical about joining KNEW Health since we had a bad experience before.

Knew Health is simple and straight forward which makes life easier when dealing with health issues. Although my husband and I have been healthy individuals living a healthy lifestyle, I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness which required immediate medical attention with various doctors, procedures and appointments. When contacting KNEW Health about my current condition, they immediately provided me with the support we needed and FAST! There was no hemming or hawing. As I write this, I am so grateful that we are part of KNEW Health; the other company would have dragged their feet and at best, offer me up in prayer.

As it is, my new diagnosis is overwhelming. With KNEW Health, I don't have to worry about whether my medical care will be covered. KNEW Health continues to be helpful every step of the way (i.e., returning my calls the same day, providing clarity in their emails, reimbursing payments in more than a reasonable time, etc.). We made the best health decision when we joined KNEW Health. Thank you KNEW Health team!

KnewHealth was by far the best “health insurance” I’ve ever had. Reimbursement was always straightforward and easy. It was always clear what would be covered and what wouldn’t. Customer service was consistently prompt and accessible.

The customer service is excellent with helpful, quick, and informative responses. It would be nice if there was a way to log in and see the status of submitted needs, especially when they are ongoing. Maybe this is something that will be available in the future.

Changing to Knew Health from traditional health insurance was not a decision I took lightly. Looking at several health share companies, I chose Knew Health based on cost, reviews, and what I perceived to be the opportunity to truly focus on staying healthy. I love the allowance and use it to purchase supplements. The discounted and free bloodwork are incredibly helpful and empowering. Other than those things, I really didn’t use Knew Health my first year. Then this year, I had to have major surgery. I was terrified I was going to be left with massive medical bills and that I had made a mistake dropping traditional health insurance. Well, that wasn’t the case at all. Knew Health supported me every step of the way. From giving me pointers on negotiating hospital costs to working with me on payment plans with the hospital, the whole experience was fantastic. The reimbursement from Knew Health was quick and kept me from financial hardship. What a blessing! I strongly recommend Knew Health, particularly to those who are focused on taking control of their health.

Customer Service here is GREAT! So far, they have always been available to answer any questions I have and there hasn't been a wait or delay of any kind.

I retired in 2020 and stayed on my company insurance which I had to pay employee and employer amount. To keep it for my wife and I was $2200 a month plus deductibles. Needless to say that it was no longer affordable and did not make sense to spend that much for what we were getting in return. I did have anxiety cutting the cord from traditional insurance that I had my entire life. With much research I found knew Helath. Want a blessing this company has been in our life. From on boarding to where we are 2 to 3 years later, I still receive outstanding support and customer service. They do exactly what they say they will do. I want to especially thank John Barbosa and team for helping with my sharing request and helping me navigate the process. I have had more than few sharing needs and they have yet to deny or question my needs at the time. As long as you follow the system as intended it is quite simple and so much simpler than traditional health care. You get to take charge of your own health care team as what doctors you use and facilities you pick. In many cases paying well visits self pay is much cheaper than your deductibles. That has been my experience, only positive and exceptional service. Thank You Knew Health!!!

I'm deeply frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Knew Health. For over a year, I've been a member, submitting thousands in medical bills, only to be met with silence and delays. Each interaction follows the same disheartening pattern: they reach out, promise a review, and then ghosted, leaving me to tirelessly pursue any semblance of follow-up with them. Despite repeatedly providing the requested information from my doctor, it feels like I'm trapped in a cycle that leads nowhere. Their apologies and assurances of resolving internal issues bring no comfort, only more instances of being ignored. The effort to fight this battle has worn me thin, and my recent attempts to cancel our membership—met with unanswered calls—have only added to the disillusionment. My wife and I had such high hopes for taking charge of our health expenses outside of conventional health coverage, but this experience has left us with no choice but to seek alternatives. It's a letdown that we had to come to this decision.

I have been with Knew Health for about 6 years now. This company truly stands behind everything they say. I had a terrible bout of luck a year ago a had a 7 day hospital stay and needed a few things procedures done in the months afterwards. I also need some medication and a few home nurses visits after I was released. After I paid my $5000 deductible they paid for every single bill. Every single one!! I was able to see the best of the best doctors in my area. I can’t not say enough good things about Craig, my case manager. He was so kind and truly about cared and me. He gave me so much peace of mind in a difficult time. Knew Heath did everything they said they would. They truly do have your back.

I can't say enough good things about Knew Health. I'm truly blown away at the level of service and benefits they provide their members. I'm so excited I decided to join and feel valued with my contribution every month ($200 wellness credit, free virtual care, wellness exam) I'm a contractor as of right now... my staffing agency does not have the best insurance and the marketplace offers a bare-bones $200+ policy for only catastrophic events with a 10k deductible. This made sense for me I'm in my 20's, have never been to the hospital, never had an injury, and nothing wrong with me. It just makes sense for me to find something that is going to work for me and offer at least some value rather than just feeding into a catastrophic plan. YES, it is scary going into this and thinking if something bad does happen.... will they pay out? If it's a valid injury/illness I try to tell myself you are ok and Knew Health should be there for me. I did want to send a thank you to Hillary/Danielle a part of the member services team. Both were wonderful in answering the 5000+ questions I had when I decided to join.. I was able to get connected with someone at 7pm and they answered my questions pretty fairly qucikly. All in all... if you're healthy I think this is a good option for those looking for value. Things are straightforward in the member guidelines that are posted for you to review. I haven't had to submit anything as of yet but will update you when I submit for wellness credit, virtual care, and physical.

Update Feb 7th - I submitted my receipt for $200 for supplements for the year and it was sent via check within a week. Happy!
