Knife Sharp Avis 

Great communication and helpful, not to mention quick. Oh, and the knives are sharp as well.

Unfortunately we sent 3 knives to knifesharp, and we were very upset to see that 2 of them had deep scratches upon their return.
These knives were a gift, and due to the pattern on the blades, the scratches are very noticable.
The knives also returned barely any sharper than when we sent them.
Knifesharp offered to polish out the scratches, but due to the previous damage caused using this service we declined the offer after some thought. (They suggested they might have been damaged during the transport, which was sent in the packaging provided exactly as the instructions said.)

As we didn't take photos of the knives before we sent them (Something I found is a requirement in the small print T's and C's on the website after they had been returned) there was no option for even a refund, let alone compensation.
I suggest that Knifesharp should be far more transparent and advise that this should be done on the instructions that come with the packaging to avoid this happening in the future, as now we are out of pocket, our product is damaged and there is nothing we can do.

Sent 3 knives in varying states, all 3 came back razor sharp and better than new. Simple mail order service, both quick and efficient. This is a great way to keep knives sharp and save old knives.

From start to finish the service was very quick , straightforward and professional. The knifes are like new now and we are so happy with them ! We will definitely use this company again . Excellent service 😊

Whole process was very quick and efficient, they really have it down to a T. My knives came back nice and sharp, with the edges looking very nice as well. Quick to answer emails too. Would definitely recommend, definitely worth it if you aren’t that confident with sharpening yourself/if you want a professional job done.

Most excellent. Our knives had been neglected and lost their edge so we couldn’t sharpen them ourselves. One was also missing a tip. All returned promptly and in excellent order with a tip repair included in the price. Will definitely use again thank you.

Communication on initial enquiry about a damaged knife was great, box for posting arrived quickly, really sharp knives received back within the week - think Evri delivery company was a bit slower than it could have been. All in all a highly recommended service.

This is the first time I have had my Damascus knives sharpened. The organisation and ease of the service was top drawer with the quality of the sharpening service restoring the edge and cutting back to their original state as new. Will certainly use again. Well done!

I've followed knife sharp on Facebook for a while now.

And had a few knives I fancied sending them One was what I'd call an old faithfull (Richardson Sheffield steel)

I've had since I bought my 1st flat 25 years ago The other were part of a knife set I bought pretty cheaply from China. All 3 knifes are well balanced and feel great in the hand. I do use a pull though 🤐 sharpener and steel to try and keep an edge on them.
But wanted to see how they'd turn out of they were properly sharpened And wow, they've came back amazingly sharp. Really happy with the service and finish

Efficient delivery, clear and simple process. Knives returned quickly and very sharp. Expensive service but you are paying for ease.

Super easy. Knives are sharp. Sent them off just before I went on holiday. Returned to perfectly sharp knives. Very pleased.

Another great service from Knife Sharp! This time I sent my kitchen scissors and secateurs to them for sorting out. I thought the secateurs were beyond repair but this has saved me buying a new pair.

I was gifted knife sharpening for Christmas after complaining that my own sharpening skills could be better.
The knife that was sent to use whilst mine were away had a big chip missing so that went straight in the bin.
Packaging and sending the knives was simple enough and it only took a couple of days for the knives to be returned. One of the knives I sent in had a chip on the tip, that was repaired... And that's about the end of the positives!

I sent in 4 knives and a pair of scissors. All were returned far less sharp than they were sent in. Not one of them passes the paper test and trying to cut a tomato just squashes it! You can almost run your fingers down the blade (you actually can do this on the scissors) I'm very disappointed with the quality of the 'sharpening'.

Turns out my own sharpening skills aren't that bad. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Time to get out the whetstone.

I recently had 5 knives sharpened. The whole experience was excellent and I'm very pleased with my knives. I ordered the Chefs Knife too so that I would have something to use whilst all mine were being sharpened and I can say that it is one of my favourites to use now. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.

I am amazed at how good my knives look now. I handed them over after 4 years of regular use having had no looking after at all.

They look completely brand new now!
