From first contact, each member of staff was helpful, informative and precise.
On site, the employees kept us informed of intentions and the progress ressults.
I certainly would recommend this company to anyone, with the bonus,(highlighted from a previous experience) of them being a local company. The five star rating is well deserved.

Very pleased with my new side passage door. It functions perfectly having now been in use for two weeks.
Unfortunately due to the weather the installation was delayed 24 hours, but that couldn't be helped.
I did have a small problem with a guttering downpipe which had to be removed during the installation and replaced afterwards. It wasn't repositioned correctly, but this was promptly rectified following my notifying Knightsbridge.
No problems when speaking with office staff over the phone, very courteous, and the fitter (who also did the survey) was excellent.
Not a cheap installation but the quality is very good. You get what you pay for!
All in all a job well done.

Brilliant experience from start to end - Ade was a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales person that gave us great, honest guidance. The co-ordination of organising the scaffolding, the skip and the roofers was perfect from Claire and the workmen were all friendly, tidy and efficient and did a great job. We will definitely be using this company again for any other work we need doing. Could not recommend any higher- thanks Knightswood!

Just had my main roof done by Knightswood. Paul came round to quote and was fantastic. Measured, explained everything in detail, left me with a quote. No pressure at all. I contacted them a few weeks later to go ahead with the work. Derek from installations booked in a survey within a week and the job was finished a few weeks later. The fitters were great. Worked hard and left everything clean and tidy. Couldn't reccommend these people enough.

Excellent service from Paul coming to do the quote, John doing survey, scaffolding being put up and John and his colleague completed a full facia and guttering work. All of the tradesmen were courteous and excellent at their work. All rubbish was taken away and driveway cleaned before they left. Claire at the office checked that we were satisfied with the work carried out. We are really pleased with the work carried out by Knightswood and would recommend them.

Ade came round to provide a quote. He was very pleasant and explained everything.

Ady came today to quote for my small fascia, which l only want the wood repair. He's a gentle guy and explained what need doing, very polite and friendly. But l don't want all done, only a very small repair job. He's a star for the company.

We were a little surprised at the price as we are pensioners, but went a head with having the roof done as it had not been done for around 35 years. We were very happy with the salesman Paul who new his product, but had to call Knightswood to get a date as we had request a June time frame. The Fitters Johnny and his mate were great and did a wonderful job. Very Happy!!
