𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A generous 3stars for the back office I'm afraid - bit of a mix-up with our new door which, to be fair was resolved, after a 15min phone call where apparently it was my fault that their salesman, who has since left the company, hadn't passed on changes to our order!! They're not the best at keeping us, their customers, up-to-date. Saying that, the guys that came out to us were all pleasant & helpful...

We had the fascia’s/cladding done by Shropshire Home Improvement Limited, and from day 1 the team were all very supportive.

The work was carried out in a very professional way by Darren and Craig. Not only were they professional with quality products and work, but considerate, tidy in their work environment and most of all respected us and our home.

Just had windows and doors fitted by this company. The two fitters Ian and Ryan being a Father and son team have been absolutely brilliant with us and nothing was to much trouble. From start to finish everything was done professionally. They left no mess at all everything was left in 1st class condition. The windows and doors are made to a very high standard and we are very pleased with this company. We would fully recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Guy's 👍

We had a porch and window bought and fitted between March and April 2026.
The fitters came on time, polite and respectful. Appears they did a good job, clean up after themselves. Explain the operation of the doors and windows.
Couple weeks later, couple of the door hinges became loose. We gave the Company a call to advise us of what can be done? The company informed us that will send someone around to fix the hinges, on a specific day. That day came and went, no sign of anyone or a phone call to inform us any reason why nobody had not turned up or to reschedule.
When we had chance, we phoned again, requesting for someone to assist us with the door hinges. Again! We were given assurances that someone would arrive at this time and date. And still no one has attended!!
The issue with the door hinges doesn’t appear like a major problem to solve. But, we paid good money for the product and service. But the after service has let us down. We live in a world now where there is no excuse not to communicate, either by email text or a phone call. To simply say ‘ unable to attend!’ Or to reschedule or something!!
I would have given them 5 stars for the sales team and fitters. But I am to say the least a bit disappointed in the after care. Still waiting!

Worst company you could use if something goes wrong. Josh and Tony, big liars. Had a fault with lock to sliding doors, josh said he would sort it, 2 weeks and nothing. Rang again , spoke to Tony who said he had put message on computer and arranged a date. No one turned up. Rang again and spoke to Josh who put the down on me when I told him it he who I first spoke to. Cost me 150 quid to get a locksmith in. This was on top of damage to a statue in the garden and the 6 months wait to take rubbish away. USE AT YOUR PERIL.

Ian & Ryan could not have been more professional or courteous. Excellent work on the door and window install and they fixed an earlier installed patio door which needed adjustment.

The lads that came and installed my windows Ian and Ryan the were very professional polite very tidy I would highly recommend them and hopefully they can come back and finish the next phase of the installation vey happy with what they have done 😊

It started off quite well with Charlie the sales lady turning up the time we agreed, she gave us a price for replacing the guttering and soffits and facias which we agreed on. The work commenced on 27/28 April, the workmen were 2 friendly and polite young men who got stuck in as soon as they arrived. They were with us for 2 days, unfortunately nobody had ordered the skip but Darren apologised but he couldn't get one until day 3 so we said we didn’t expect them to travel 80 miles round trip so we would fill the skip ourselves. On day 1 we noticed they had replaced the guttering on the porch but not the facia, when questioned Darren said it wasn’t on the job sheet and they didn’t have it on the van, we foolishly let that go, but we shouldn’t have as we had paid for it. On 31 May I noticed the down pipe had become detached from the guttering on the roof this had dropped and was affecting the guttering on the bay window, the cause of this was the lack of brackets (only 2 fitted screwed into mortar and not brickwork) We contacted Josh and was given in total 3 different days that week when someone would come out but they didn’t. On the 9th June my wife contacted Shropshire home improvements and spoke to a salesman and asked if he could help as Josh basically was telling me what he thought I wanted to hear, Josh needs to up the ante regarding his customer service skills. The salesman intervened and within 7 days the repair work was carried out. Here we are in August and the down pipe at the rear of the house has now also dropped. The sad thing is we had spoken to Charlie regarding replacing the conservatory roof and on Darren’s recommendation we need to replace the roofing felt and battens which we wanted done this year so we estimate they have now lost approximately £10.000 worth of work.

Ian and Ryan were exceptional. They arrived on time and didn't stop, apart from water breaks and in this heat that was just amazing.
They are perfectionists in their work, left my house spotless at the end of the day. They took the time to walk me through the works they had completed before leaving.
I would highly recommend Ian and Ryan.

Darren and Craig recently installed a new conservatory for my Mum.
As well as doing a brilliant job they treated my Mum with the greatest respect. They went above and beyond, even helping to move furniture back for her.
She felt completely at ease and the smile on her face when it had been completed said it all.
We would definitely recommend this company and Darren and Craig.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The sales Rep was polite and curtious, the office provided information about the process and it was carried out to the letter. The fitting team of Ian and Ryan were exceptional. They arrived on time and didn't stop, apart from water breaks and in this heat that was just amazing. They even stayed late to finish the job, they left the conservatory spotless and even put the furniture back. Service above and beyond expectations. Thank you David & Jane.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order within the 14 days cooling off period. Shropshire Home Improvements have still not returned my £2,360 deposit since 1st June - return my deposit today.

Darren and Craig worked hard all day and were nice guys pleased with service

Had replacement windows and roof on our conservatory and really pleased with them. Communication could be better but the fitters Dan and Kelly were fantastic, polite, courteous and left no mess at all.

The guys fitting the windows where really good, tidy and helpful. The did a fantastic job. I would use the company again and make sure I had Ian and Ryan did the work.

Martin, Alan and Will did a fabulous job installing our windows and porch. The whole experience with Shropshire Home Improvements was painless and great value for money.

Darren and Craig have recently fitted new fascias, soffits and guttering to my property. I found them to be efficient and hardworking as well as polite and friendly, also very tidy. I am more than pleased with the end result. Highly recommended.
