Great ordering and delivery process. It was frustrating that the website was down immediately after placing my order and for a few days afterwards so I was a little worried about my order, but it arrived fine and in good time.

Unfortunately my order has been lost and there are no other trainers my size available other than a hiking boot which I can't accept as I need a running trainer.
Waiting for response regarding a refund.

Boots!
Was advised i would be kept informed by e-mail as to delivery status. This proved not to be the case, so was pleasantly surprised when the goods arrived. Excellent packaging. Very well protected internally. Liked the look of the boots. Fitted well and comfortable to wear.

As I laced up my new boots the eye hook…
As I laced up my new boots the eye hook broke. So poor quality product. I was offered half of the purchase price as a refund which is terrible. I had to pay to have the boots returned by recorded delivery. When they received my boots my purchase price was refunded in full however it cost me just over £8 to return a shoddy product

Excellent service
I ordered winter boots for my husband and they were too small. I contacted Knixmax and opted for their 50% off next purchase and no return. This was expedited immediately, I ordered a larger size which were delivered within 2 days 😁
