The boots I ordered seem fine so far, but I was a bit concerned that there was a label attached to the boots themselves asking for reviews on amazon. I did not purchase the boots via amazon, nor do I wish to deal with them as a company. I emailed knixmax about this and they were not able to provide me with a reasonable explanation, and denied any affiliation with amazon which simply doesn't make sense, therefor I can only assume It isn't true. I've seen another review also saying they didn't order from amazon but had similar experience.

Great quality boots, with a very quick delivery.
I ordered a size bigger than my shoe size and still find them a touch on the tight side.

Some issue with order getting lost so I had to email to fi d out.
However, I received an immediate response and another order was issued forthwith. Excellent customer care. Fabulous product too.

Ordered and a week later they told me they did not have my size in their warehouse. Refunded but not impressed.

These sandals are unbelievably comfortable, and the company send out orders quickly and efficiently. Nothing much more to say

I had bought a pair of Knixmax Outdoor before and found them to be hard wearing and comfortable hence I recently ordered a second pair. They seem to be of similar quality and therefore I am pleased with the purchase. Ordering online was quick, efficient and delivery was on time

excellent service - the black shoes i ordered were out of stock but I had a very polite email from customer service enquiring if I would be happy to have a different colourway. I agreed to the change and the shoes arrived very promptly. I’ve not worn them much so far, (2 days!) but they are very sturdy and comfortable with good arch support and lots of room in the toe box. I feel confident these will get lots of use!

Bought a pair of Knixmax walking shoes online as the previous pair I had had worn out . . Very impressed with them comfortwise and overall quality. They arrived with extra shoelaces and insoles incase I needed them. They only took a few days to arrive from ordering. Would recommend to others!

The general adverts for these shoes indicated they came up big, so to get a smaller size. I did, but they were too small, so I wanted to return two pairs. I was told I could keep them and get half the money refunded, but as it was pointless me keeping shoes that didn't fit, I declined and said I would return them. I then had to pay nearly £10 to return the shoes to them; and 4 weeks later am still waiting for a response to my last email and request for a refund (I have emailed them again today).

I am often wary of buying shoes online but the reviews for these really gave me confidence to buy. The fit is just right, they fit well and they are well made

I am very pleased with the service, the fast delivery and the shoes. They are exactly what I wanted.

I have NOT received my order after 4 weeks

Probably the most comfortable shoes/sandals I have ever worn.... I ordered my usual size, they look very wide but with the addition of some cheap insoles they are perfect. Just what I need for walking the dog in the dusty Spanish countryside.
The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that they took nearly a month to arrive.
