Nothing on shipping yet, so can’t give an accurate rating. Everything I have ordered the same day from other companies has shipped with shipping updates

I ordered my bag on 11/23/2024 and still have not received the item. I have emailed twice and have not gotten any feed back. Very disappointed.

USPS hasn't provided a shipping update in 12+ days and King Kong hasn't said anything either after my inquiries. I'm hoping I'm financially compensated for waiting 3 weeks for an item to be delivered. They should consider changing vendors instead of saving money with USPS.

I placed an order on November 23rd and have not received my merchandise and have heard nothing from the company. I have emailed twice asking for an update and still have heard nothing.

Being asked to get a review while have not even received a product or any kind of idea of when I’m getting is is weird. I order 3 weeks ago. Not even given any kind of time frame.

Before asking for a review, how about delivering the f-ing bag first, you have ask twice for a review and no product. Today is 12/07/2024 ordered on 11/25/2024, so it isn’t fast shipping! Tracking just the label has been created

Core backpack is pretty crappy, once you put the shoes in the shoe pocket (it’s a struggle) you have basically filled up the entire bag. For such an expensive bag the zippers feel extremely cheap but the bag materials are solid. I can’t send it back so I’m stuck with an overpriced shoe bag.

I orser over 2 weeks ago.Nothing....no shipping notifications and I haven't received my order yet.No phone number for customer service. I emailed through the contact link on website as well as Facebook and have not received any response at all. 150.00 wasted. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and contacting the better business bureau if no response is received by December 10th.
So disappointed. This was a Christmas gift for my son.

I still haven’t gotten my package and haven’t gotten a response

I ordered the product with express shipping, and still haven't received it. I haven't even received any confirmation, I had to ask if they could confirm it. They said they had and it would be processed that day, but we still haven't heard anything. The service has been very poor. I don't appreciate that they charged me for an express option, but ground shipping from other brands is twice as quick.

Easy ordering experience and once I got the bag I was amazed at the quality. This is a very well built bag that will last.

I have the small PLUS Duffle and love almost everything about it: the size is perfect, the number of different compartments is great and comes in handy, and the shoulder strap actually stays on my shoulder without sliding around. However, this bag is significantly heavier than any other bag I’ve owned. I also have the small Haven duffle and the KNKG bag seems twice as heavy to me. In terms of build, size, and compartments, the KNKG is my favorite of the two, but the noticeable extra weight leads me to using it far less.

Let me start by saying, "I LOVED MY KNKG (King Kong) BACKPACK." I received it seven years ago (this coming Christmas). They sold their bags with a "25-year warranty," and that was a big reason why I asked for one. After almost seven years, the seams on a zipper failed, and the zipper broke. I contacted them for a warranty claim and was told, "The product is no longer under warranty due to internal changes."
This makes me sad as I really really liked their backpack. They should honor their original warranty and send me a new one. They are now ignoring my requests, banned me from posting complaints on their social media accounts.

Great bag!! Durable and constructed well. The company put thought into this bag for lifters as well as pocket areas to organize your gear. Placement for your belt to not take up space In your main compartment. Pocket area for a pair of shoes also. 35L is the right compact size for me and my gear. Will eventually purchase another bag ( back pack) as I'm sold on this company's vision and well constructed products.

Once I ordered the bag it was at my house within the week. I bought the larger bag and it was the perfect size. The bag is made very well and I'm extremely happy with the product.

Absolutely sick bag!
I use it at the fire department and let me tell you.. this thing is bitchin'. I constantly get compliments on it too. Got the dividers (I'm a neat freak) and they help tremendously. 15/10

My son is in to powerlifting and really appreciated house spacious this backpack is. I couldn’t find anything that came close to being able to hold his two pair of shoes, belt, fat grips, wrist wraps, etc. His favorite gift of the summer.
