A poor product and worse service.
I ordered a 2.25m by 1.5m strawberry frame with netting and some additional items so that it could be modified. I expected the long sides to comprise a single tube 2.25m long. What I received was a 1.5m tube and a 0.75m tube which needed to be joined in the middle using their ‘Horti ball’ joint. This arrangement was not rigid and needed additional support. Nowhere on their website can I find a statement saying that longer frames use split tubes. This is grossly misleading. The upshot was that my planned changes could not be made and I had to adapt my plans to suit what I received. This involved cutting tubes and making and additional wooden block to connect tubes. In addition I asked a question regarding the differing size of hole in the Horti balls. I have yet to receive an acknowledgment never mind an answer. All of this compounded by there being no instructions. I made the frame and we tried to fit the supplied netting but could not and so used netting we already had. I shall never use this company again, it is one to be avoided at all costs. I shall go back to Agriframes who sell a quality product not the shambles received fro Knowle Nets.

Really frustrated with my experience ordering a fruit cage from Knowle Nets. The website says delivery takes around 3 days — completely misleading. Mine took over 10 days to arrive, and even longer because I ordered near a bank holiday. If they’d been honest about the wait time, I would have ordered elsewhere.
When it finally arrived, the instructions were awful — badly written, confusing, and clearly not updated in years. For a company that claims to specialise in this kind of product, the lack of clarity and professionalism is pretty shocking. I won’t be using Knowle Nets again and wouldn’t recommend them.
Don’t use if you expect service
Very slow - said they need 3 days to cut a relatively small piece of netting and then several more days for delivery Don’t respond to email either

Similar experience to others - ordered and paid, then nothing. Chased up and they said delivery times were stated on their website. Not anywhere I could see. Order finally arrived - missing several poles. Chased up and they apologised saying they would despatch the missing poles to arrive two days later. Nothing. Eventually chased up after a week and they said the poles had been despatched then damaged and returned but they hadn't realised...... Hmmm. Finally got a delivery but haven't dared open it yet.

No idea as to whether the nets are any good, they will have to be sent and delivered first.
Ordered netting - small quantity. Order confirmation arrived. Cost of 'shipping' was significantly more than the cost of the netting. Then - nothing. Two days later called to find out what was happening. 'Three to five working days to be sent' was the answer. So sent next week? (maybe). 'It's in the warehouse, waiting to be cut' (after two days). I was then informed that the time to dispatch was stated there on the website - I didn't see it - then it came out that it was in a drag-down box somewhere on the page - so not visible or apparent. Dire business, no idea whether product good, but after the experience so far that would be a real surprisel a bonus! 'Knowle Nets tie customers on knots' would be an apt slogan......
Fast delivery quality nets
Made two orders from Knowle Nets not a bad price even with the shipping added on right at the end.Both came within 3 days so I could crack on with my project. Would use again if I needed anymore netting.
Terrible delivery charges
We rang up the company to check information about a fruit cage. They were very helpful. But when I came to order one I discovered there was a £30 surcharge for delivery to my address. £42 for delivery of a small cage costing less than £200 is unacceptable.
I expect that the answer will be “that’s what the courier charges”. Other companies appear to be able to get better courier prices.

Great company to deal with!
The fittings and tubing are of a superb quality, and even an extra order of a small quantity of fittings was sourced within a couple of days!
In fact, their website gives 'designers' new ideas - as it did for my extensive greenhouse staging!
Their systems are practical, and with a little ingenuity, can transform any area of your garden or greenhouse - there aren't many products around that can do this!
I reccomend Knowle Nets to anyone with a serious requirement for good products, and excellent service!

Awful company, ignored first email enquiring why my refund hadn’t been returned, three further phone calls full of excuses and no action, did eventually receive it.
Will not do business with them again.
I placed an order for a fruit cage on…
I placed an order for a fruit cage on 31 May and was advised it would be ready in 10 days . It never arrived. When I phoned I was told that they were awaiting a delivery of a component and I should have been informed of the delay . I was advised the component had been received and the order would be completed within the week . After a further 10 days I phoned to see what had happened. Mr. Max Basset advised me last Monday that they had not received the component. He didn’t know why his colleague had advised me the they had received it . However he said he could guarantee that the order would Be prioritised and it would be completed and dispatched by 29th June . Also, he would confirm this by email when it had happened. Today ( the 30th ) I phoned to see why no email had been sent . He said the order had not been completed. Who would deal with an incompetent shower like this ? Well, unfortunately I did . The order has been cancelled and a dispute raised with my credit card company.

There was a problem with my order however this was corrected the next day with an apology. It is really heartwarming to find a company who actually seems to value their customers. From my experience I would definitely use them again and I would recommend to others.
Fantastic Customer Service
Expanding my micro flower farm so I ordered netting for horizontal plant support. The net I ordered arrived promptly (as before) but unfortunately I didn't realize it was "diagonal" as opposed to "square". One phone call to Customer Service and the equivalent length of netting that I needed was dispatched and a courier pick up up of the diagonal netting arranged. A fantastic company that I've recommend to other flower farmers and whose products are robust and great quality.
Really happy with Knowle nets
Really happy with Knowle nets. I placed an order last year for a raised bed cover for a new raised bed. The frame and cover were really sturdy and performed well and survived the winter months. Now in 2022 I have created two more raised beds so ordered another raised bed cover. Knowle nets delivered it within two days. Amazing delivery and service. Recommended.
Very delayed delivery, no contact from knowlenet
I ordered a fruit cage on 19-Apr-2021.
I paid £15 for shipping for an up to 10 day delivery lead time.
23 days later it was not delivered.
to add insult to injury, knowlenet did not even have the courtesy to update me nor reply to my emails asking for a delivery update.
The fruit cage eventually arrived a month after ordering.
Knowlenet don't reply to emails or phone calls.
Very pleased with our cage
Very pleased with our cage. Took a while to come but we understand there are major problems all over the country with getting some parts. I rang up and got through to a lovely lady who informed me I would have it by the end of the week. It came the next day. It’s already up and now stopping the birds from eating all our fruit.
Avoid
Avoid, order placed and payment taken a month ago. Claimed one of the nets ordered not in stock but would send different size, nothing and now no response to contact. Probably going or gone bust.

placed a order having previously been a happy customer. after very prompt payment capture i then heard nothing for a week, i called up and was told that i would receive my order in the next couple of days. a week later having heard nothing i called again - this time i was told i would receive an update that day and should have my delivery the following day. again nothing.
not sure what happened to this firm but would advise anyone who relies on good service, prompt delivery and committed follow to give these guys a wide berth!
A thin dusting of snow brought the…
A thin dusting of snow brought the entire 8m X 20m fruit cage down. Agreed we did not take the roof netting off but it was only a very light dusting of snow most of which went through the roof netting. Every rod has been bent to some extent, a complete right off after 18 months. Rod walls too thin for the job, a waste of money.
