I bought a Koios 5-in-1 hand blender from Amazon earlier this year. We loved using it but 3 months after first using it, one of the attachments from the main motor unit became stuck in the chopper lid, making the blender motor unit unable to attach to anything apart from the chopper.
I contacted Koios and they were very helpful. Rey, the customer representative I communicated with, asked me to upload a quick video of the problem and they sent me a new replacement hand blender set right away. I appreciate the help I received and the quick response time.

I needed assistance with my gift claim and Rey the agent was very helpful! This review is for my experience with Russel, the support team member who received my call the second time I called. He is very polite and responsive. He is also knowledgeable and very willing to help. He emailed me the information I needed and responded to every email I sent. According to him, my claim has been submitted so I’m just waiting for the replacement unit now. So well see and I hope they come through.

The scale does everything promised. We even used it to teach our granddaughter some math. She gave her sister 38 ml of water and then asked her it she wanted another 38.

I would like to give 5 stars to Joy who helped me solved the problem. I lost the juicer filter. I tried to find the part online, however, I failed. Luckily, Joy provides an Amazon link where I can purchase the part. She is supportive and sufficient.
