Quality service……5 Stars is not enough for this company.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Within 24 hrs of ordering ( 3 days before Christmas) I received my parcel intact and safely packaged.
I had an enquiry, called and within minutes had a response answering my query, the service is absolutely perfect.
It is a certainty that I will shop with this company again and again.
Not only did I receive the beautiful thistle pendant but also a beautiful small tasteful jewellery storage box and a fridge thistle magnet, what a lovely thought.
Thank you so much for the speedy delivery of the perfect quality pendant but also for the thought that has gone into the presentation.

9ct snake pendants
There was a problem with the original couriers but a new product was sent out via Royal Mail, and both orders arrived on the same day! Instead of having to go through the inconvenience of returning one of them, I was offered a discount of 50% and kept both. Lovely items beautifully packaged in leather effect jewellery boxes and great customer service!
