Do not buy from this company

I need to return this item as it is not suitable for my needs. I have tried to contact Komore via chat bot and email several times because it’s not possible to contact them via phone. I stated that I wanted to return the item and I was asked for the reason. When I answer there has been no response from them on every occasion. There is no address for them anywhere and I need to return the item. I am extremely upset.
