Fake products!! Ordered the torriden dive in serum, which I’ve ordered from other sites multiple times before. Arrived a week late and was a fake product! No information leaflet, the label on the back was missing, completely different colour and horrible perfumey smell compared to the original which I luckily still had left. Absolute waste of money and con artists!!

Items are fake do not buy from this site
After waiting 2 weeks for the items. I opened it and compare to my empties. It appears that the items are fake! No wonder the tracking looks dodgy. How can a Korean skincare have to be shipped from China then to HK then to the UK? I have already requested a refund and I will contact my credit card company to get my money back. I wished I checked trustpilot first before buying from their website. They have the audacity to respond on my email that their items are authentic. I requested a refund but obviously they are not interested.

Fake‼️ fake ‼️Avoid buying from this site as their products are fake. Who places an order without having order number? I contacted and requested that order to be cancelled and i was told it was cancelled immediately. I couldn’t do cos I didn’t get any details about the order when it was placed.

Fake! I bought the anua dark spot correcting serum, and when I looked it up it’s got all the fake features people are warning us about. I feel so sad and it took 12 days to arrive. Also shipped from China which I was confused about
