I received an email notification that my order was successfully delivered last 12/28, however it never came in. I have sent half a dozen emails, on-line forms and voicemails only to get a continuous "copy-paste" response that my product has been successfully delivered. So frustrating. I have asked numerous times for a phone number so I can speak to an actual human being and not an automated messaging system, my recent to an alledged Customer Experience Manager by name Angie Ender, however I am still awaiting a response.

Recevied the kore 2.0 watch this month, it got stuck while installing and pairing with the app, tried multiple times to reset the process, never worked.

Tried to contact customer service to get help, never worked either.

Then tried to proceed to ask for a refund and once again the thing doesnt work I just keep receiving over and over the same email saying dont worry your order will arrive sorry for the delay in your delivery...

On point...

So I dont know who Summer is, or if Angie Ender, Customer experience Manager will ever read this, but guys, please just let me send this back so I never have to deal with this again.

I would not recommand to buy anything from this shop or just pray that everything works just fine the first time, you just never get any answers if you have an issue.

I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 fitness watches they don’t charge up. There’s no customer service for advice or to return. It’s a ripoff scam. DO NOT BUY. All the reviews are false contact Trading Standards. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves.

IF YOU BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE DO NOT PAY FOR WARRANTY, because when you are going to claim (as you will) it is worthless.
Purchased Kore2 watch in January 2022; the charger (or the watch, will never know) stopped charging in November 2022. Initiated claim. First response was no trace of my order (what?); then senseless responses (obviously no customer service, copy and paste emails). I provided full details 3 times, only got meaningless responses. Now, nothing. Tricksters! Only vague contact form online, no telephone, no live chat, no address, nothing. Avoid

The reply below only proves my point. No name and no email address, no real contact; a token reply is only there to falsely show sympathy in public but no action and no interest in resolving the fault.

Out of box last night. Watch said to update. Watch locked up and will not respond. Had received more than one watch. The next watch out of box would not charge. So batting 1000 on watches not working
Can not get service without furnishing a credit card. This is unacceptable.

Ordered Korejet pulse(mini blender) Received wrong item a month later. Customer service challenged my complaint as if they had no quality control. After several emails they acknowledged
wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!

I have had my Kore 2.0 for a while and I really wanted to like it, however, it does not live up to all the advertised hype. It might be easier to explain what does work correctly - the time! I cannot get the watch to sync to the app. The steps do not always work accurately (I compare them to other step apps). The battery lasts about 3 days. The watch does not record miles walked or calories burned (never has on my watch). Heart rate, body temp is pretty accurate but does not sync with the app on my phone. Sleep feature on my watch is not always accurate. Some nights it stated I only slept 2 hours! I do not receive notifications when I have incoming phone calls or text messages. I thought I did my due diligence when I bought this, however, I now realize that most reviews are by sites who receive compensation from Kore 2.0. I looked for them on the Better Business Bureau and cannot find anything under Kore 2.0, KoreHealth, or Quality Performance Limited. Today, I found information under Quality Gadget Shop (that should tell you something). However, until you get your watch, you do not know the company behind Kore watches is Quality Gadget Shop. A little too late. I have been in correspondence with their Customer Service Department, via email - because they do not have a phone number and have just been getting the run-around. DO NOT PURCHASE a Kore product!
09/06 - UPDATE: Order number 2219299675. Watch still not synching with app (it's been at least 5 days).
09/07 - UPDATE: Replied to emails from two different people. They wanted additional information because they could not find my order.

My watch is back and working and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

Look at the reviews under their other name, KoreHealth.com. A company to be avoided at all costs. Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues.

I’ve been providing my details, including the order number, for the last 2 months without any further contact from you regarding the faulty watch. Perhaps you could give me a phone number to call and talk to someone in your organisation.

Initially I had a bit of a problem with the watch, in that one of the features ceased working. I contacted KoreTrak but did not appear able to get my message across, but thankfully, after contacting Korehealth customer care , they came up trumps and were a great help. Problem solved.

Sucked in to buying watches and warranty. First contact with customer services said “no record of purchase’ Not surprising as they didn’t send an invoice after purchase. They did send emails saying “thanks for the purchase” and offering more accessories. Copies of these sent to customer service but no more replies. No order number, no address for returns and even the company supplied contact details at end of trustpilot reviews is a non functioning web address pretending to be a contact email address. My next visit is to the bank to see if they can recover my money or ‘trading standards’ to report their fraudulent behaviour.
How do I contact customer service or reply to you without a valid contact email????

is the so called customer care contact form on the website which merely generates responses saying they are busy but will get back to you and asking for order numbers that havent been given. A circular frustrating system designed to make you give up.
15/8 Eventually given a return address in Netherlands. £15 for recorded delivery. Now held at their Customs since 30/7 awaiting clearance! I wont give up.
18/8 Arrived at address given in Netherlands - who refused to accept the package!!
18/8 Lloyds Bank have now reviewed the case and and reversed the transaction. So money out of their account back into ours. THANK YOU LLOYDS BANK.
20/8 Last post - Avoid this shiny website KORE have now changed their name at least 3 times. The products are at best inferior, customer service is just a SCAM.

After a rather difficult start (my experience with KORE 2.0), we were finally (and happily) able to get EVERYTHING worked out!
When I received my new KORE 2.0 the snap was broken which eventually forced me to purchase a 3 pack of bands to replace my broken clasp!
Once KORE 2.0 found out the issue, Angie from the "CS (customer service) department"stepped in, she was more then happy to correct the entire situation and straightened it ALL out which left me somewhat "dumfounded" at the GREAT service and Angie's assistance to "clear-up" this for me!
I WOULD "HIGHLY" RECOM-
MEND THE KORE 2.0 to anyone concerned regarding health, BP, etc...then KORE 2.0 is perfectly a right choice for your medical needs!

Have had good support so far but still haven't resolved the issue of my kore 2 not holding its charge, any help would be appreciated

I am pleased with the Kore 2 watch.

It efficiently records my sleep patterns, my steps, bike rides, and my other bodily functions very well.

The Kore 2 is an elegant design, lightweight, streamlined watch that is very comfortable to wear and causes no skin irritation on my wrist.

I am also pleased with the app that is used with the watch.

I wore a Fitbit watch for several years, and although I was quite pleased with how it recorded everything, I found the watch too large and irritated the skin on my wrist through sweating.

I only have one problem with the Kore 2: the wristband.

It isn't easy to fasten, and I frequently catch it, causing it to come undone. It has even come undone when I turn over in bed at night. I could easily lose the watch as I can hardly feel it while wearing it on my wrist.

However, I have temporarily solved the problem by doubling the small, flat, black elastic band that came around the charging cable and used to hold the band down, so it doesn’t come undone so easily now.

When the elastic band breaks, which I am sure it eventually will as it is not very strong, I am not sure if I will be able to find a similar one that I can use.

I recommended the watch to a friend, and she is delighted with the function of the watch but is also not happy about how difficult the wristband is to fasten and how easily it comes undone while wearing it.

I will be very interested to know if there is a replacement wristband that I can get for my watch that is easier to put on and stays fastened?

I bought the watch for my husband & he loves it. He had a Fit B*t but he likes the kore 2.0 better. Although the face on the watch is small, he still likes it. I liked the price point & he likes all of the features Kore 2.0 offers.

My toggle charger stopped charging but eventually i got a complete replacement under my lifetime warranty. Everything has since worked perfectly.

I ordered the replacement bands for my watch a little over a month ago and I have not received any information on if they have been sent or not. The bands are not very good and the little clip that you use for the adjustment keeps falling out of the band and I finally lost the clip. I don't have the order number any more.
