I purchased a KoreTrak 2.0 watch with warranty. I have been trying for the last 2+ weeks to get my watch replaced since it quit working. No one answers the phone and not getting a response by email. I assume the company has a problem.

I used to think that Koretrak was VG I have 4 plus the charger and coloured bands. They do not reply to emials/Chats or phone calls. Now they are asking for $24.99 Canadian for a membership MONTHLY you can buy the watch on their site for $55.00 give or take. I have been emailing this company for many months to no avail. The Koretrak will intermittently sync to Apple Health. When you use their chat line before you get on sorry we have sent your request to upper management, when in some instances they do not know what the inquiry is. It is shameful no replies and they used to be VG. I could write more but will fall on No Customer Care as I am not looking for a free watch just replies.

After lengthy delays (5 months)in delivery the tracker arrived a year ago. The instructions are less than basic although I could pair it with my iphone to read the limited data it recorded. The battery now lasts less than 24 hours so a full days activity is rarely recorded.
Logging into the data site today I am confronted with a demand to sign up for 'Premium Membership@ at $19.99 per month. The data cannot be accesed unles I sign up it seems. So much more economical to buy a real Apple Smart watch. Useless Avoid.t,

This company will not return calls, send you to leave a message but never call you. The KoreTrak watch read my blood pressure at 123/72, when it was actually 195/99. I called every day for a month. Customer service is nonexistent. I couldn’t confirm an address to mail back this product so I mailed it to address it was shipped from.

Beware, it's a scam. Customer service dept is non-existent. After placing my order, I started to receive numerous emails from different .com addresses regarding my order. I also received numerous solicitations through text. I started getting weary so I decided to cancel my order a couple of days later. I couldn't get a hold of a live person. They tell you to email them however, they send a generic email that doesn't even address your concerns. I tried looking up a phone number and when you get through, it just tells you to leave a message. It's a runaround. 3 weeks later and after receiving the order, I keep contacting them and they just ignore me. They say they have a 30 day money back guarantee but good luck with that when you can't even get a hold of them. I finally tell them that I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company and they finally respond. I was able to return the item, unopened and unused. I suspect however, I will encounter more issues with the actual refund/credit but I will let my credit card company help me with that as I have pictures and back up to prove my case. I'm hoping I can help prevent at least one person from having these issues by sharing my experience.

Purchased this for my Mom and me. I went to download app which I did but it wouldn't let me sign up because they wanted my credit card which I wouldn't do even though it says free. They need to put a skip on the site. I don't like keeping my credit card on file with no one. So I'm now trying to get them by customer service to return items.

I purchased this watch and used it for a few months, when I started having issues, with battery life and not being able to access blood oxygen monitor. When I contacted the company, they said that they could no do anything, as I had not taken the extended warranty. I assumed that it would be covered by a year's warranty, which compulsory in this country.
Anyway it was £59.00's worth of junk and will not purchase again. Do not buy this product.

Ordered 2 months ago, at first thought it was great but slowly realised the watch doesn't track anything, even your footsteps don't get tracked properly, the watch tells me in the report that I get nearly 9hrs sleep when I go to bed at 23.00 and wake up at 4.45 in the morning, your basically paying for a rip of toy, its extremely basic and the basics don't work full stop and on top of that the watch now does not charge and is not working at all. You get what you get for £55 reckon that's why it was 50% off, fake article promoted this and usally they are reliable but the one I read was probably them desperate to sell.

Do not buy from this company- I placed my order on the 11th June today is the 30th - no fitness watch ever came they say it will take 3-7 days ! I’ve asked for my money back they said they could not do that I’d have to wait to get the item and send it back - I’ve told them I leaving this address this coming Friday they don’t respond - don’t buy from them. They don’t care about their customers or respond they promised me they were sorting out my order and they were going to give me a discount it was all lies I cancelled my case with PayPal as they said they could not refund me with it open but then never did as they promised- these guys are not a legitimate company- heartbroken and fuming £56 gone and three weeks of stress and upset!

Without warning they removed the blood pressure feature. The sleep feature doesn’t work. When you complain they maintain too many days have passed and offer credit with some other website that coincidentally also received terrible reviews. At one point they even offered two new watches. The last email tells me to “file a chargeback with your bank in order to get your money back”, therefore putting the onus back on me but interestingly they sign off saying
“Hoping to work things out with you positively”.
Their customer service is appalling and the watch is not worth the money or the hassle.

Absolute rip-off company. Readings vary. The watch stopped completely after 6 months. Poor customer service, they would not entertain a repair or a replacement. Quaranteed only for 6 months, they said. Company will not stand over the quality of its own goods. Says it all.

Do not deal with this company they are scammers! Look at all the negative reviews under Korehealth.com Koretracktopgadget.com. Their fitness watch is useless as is their customer service. The watch gives dangerously wrong blood pressure readings, the other readings are way out, even giving a heart rate of 58 bpm when not being worn! I was fortunate to get my money back via chargeback on my credit card but loads haven't been as lucky. You have been warned and purchase anything from these scammers at your own risk.
