Never received my watch. Emailed multiple times. This business is a scam with fake reviews.

I never received my order, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I got no response. This may have been an isolated incident, but it raises concerns about the company’s reliability. Proceed with caution

It's a fake company they stole my money and disappeared!!
First week when you order they are very polite and helpful and replying to you, second week they stop replying to you.
They took my money and didn't send me the watch i ordered neither refund me the money!! They just took the money and disappeared

My item never showed up and when I contacted the company several times, no one responded. Maybe this is just something happened to me, but this company either isn't legit or ran poorly. Avoid it!

Apparently a total scam. One star is a gift rating. Despite quick responses via email and chat initially, wherein I was assured of authenticity, the reality hit when I was sent, literally, a $4 Chinese watch instead of the $300 Blancpain+Swatch I ordered. The audacity! The parcel was delayed, but when received, contained the cheap watch and inaccurate invoice. The value of the watch, both on the invoice and tag still attached, was $4. The VAT and tax was even more than the value of the watch! Since in received the piece of junk the company has gone dark - not responding to any of my inquiries. The phone number listed is not in service. Avoid these scammers.

For anyone who wants to know if this is a legitimate website or a fake one, do not order anything from it as it is a scam, 100% fake. I ordered a watch on 20.04 and the money was taken the same day, today is 07.05 and still no sign of watch. After chatting to "Mark" online through their website i asked for a refund as my watch wasn't even shipped, I was told they will refund the amount within 5 days. Needless to say it's been more than 10 days since the request and and no sign of refund. Two days after I asked for refund I received a tracking number from them referring to the item been sent. The tracking number shows USPS company, stating that the sender printed the label but they haven't received it. The same massage is showing on for the past 10 days or so. So please don't make the same mistake I done and do not order anything as its a scam. And if you read the ratings on trust pilot u will see how the reviews are just coping and paste, either full or partially. Olso keep an eye on the surnames of the "people" who supposedly left the reviews. I got scammed so u don't have to.

BE AWARE DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERS
Purchased a watch on website. They sent the package. In stead of the watch I purchased they gave me plastic watch. Contacted them but they never reply or provided any refund. The schema is very simple you buy a watch for ( in my case 261 USD) and they send you junk instead. Only option is to contact with the credit card company and request full refund. I am sure 100% all the purchases they have all disputed with the credit card company.
