I order the Humber canvas holdall from KOVERED, and I must say that it is a well made piece of luggage, with a thought out spacious main compartment along with addition pockets. I am very pleased with my purchase, it was a smooth transaction with great service. I would not hesitate to recommend KOVERED.

Excellent customer service. I had a previous Kovered bag that was out of warranty, but the zip had broken. I emailed the company and Wendy advised me to return the bag, they provided free postage and the bag was collected from my property.

They were unable to repair the zip, and provided a brand new bag, even though my original was out of warranty.

Great service and a slick process end to end.

Beautiful waxed canvas bag, well designed and put together, that’s now my partner’s favourite thing. A small issue was resolved promptly and efficiently by Wendy at no cost to me. Great products and exceptional customer service, I would definitely recommend this company!

Great bag. I haven’t used it much yet but the size is great and the quality seems to be good.

Helpful staff and good high quality products. I had issues with the delivery of my order and they responded almost immediately and managed to get my package to me the next day after a friendly and helpful conversation.

Great website, easy to use and lots of photos of the products. We ordered 2 Humber bags for a Safari we are going on next year. The bags were fantastic quality, beautifully made and great design, sadly they weren’t quite big enough for our requirements, but would definitely recommend Kovered’s products.

Super fast despatch and the bag itself is great quality, and really comfy to carry/wear.

Attempted delivery but I was out. I rescheduled the delivery for Friday, but instead a delivery was made on Thursday, the day before. Now I need to reschedule again

I got a great bag for a great price the design and build quality is excellent better than the more expensive brands this bag I highly recommend buying 10/10

Can’t fault the overall experience from Kovered, the only reason I’ve down scored is down to the delivery service which shouldn’t reflect my overall experience as the customer service was amazing, overall very pleased with the bag and service just RM let them down.

Amazing quality product

Very good so far, bag delivered in expected timelines.Well thought through design perfect for every day commute with a MacBook/accessories. Was hard to tell from the pictures whether my particular bag colour/design had bottle holders externally - but i've just started to store them internally.

All fasteners and zips seem good quality so far.

Great looking and well designed bag. Nice thick canvas material. It's waxed but haven't tested in the rain yet to see if it's waterproof... Bag is very spacious though and extends quite a long way fully unrolled. Also has two large external pockets plus a divider and small pouch inside. Very comfortable to wear, would definitely recommend
