Awful experience, every time I called in for status I was lied to and told something different than what actually was going on. The workers there are heartless and show no compassion for the family. I would never recommend this company to anybody. When I called in the complain I was told I was going to receive a refund last week for the $49 death certificate processing and still have not received it. I do not trust this company at all.

My mother passed away early this morning, and we initially chose Kramer based on positive reviews. However, after speaking with Josh from Kramer, we’ve decided to go with another provider. He was condescending and argumentative when discussing pricing that was listed on their website, and although he said he would send an itemized invoice for clarification, which we didn’t receive after more than two hours of waiting. We ended up switching to a different company during that time.

I understand there can sometimes be confusion around pricing, but I would expect a funeral home to approach these conversations with greater tact and sensitivity, especially when working with grieving families. I would not recommend this company. This morning has already been incredibly difficult, and the added stress of unclear pricing and poor customer service was unnecessary and upsetting.

The staff was kind and compassionate and were always willing to help when I had question or concerns.

Great people; great price and fewer headaches during a time of sorrow and high bills. Thank you Jesus for Kramer. Wilson James

Everyone was so kind and went beyond my expectations!! When we drop my Peter off and a young lady came out and apologized for coming in . I welcomed her in asked for help she helped with us with Peter . She closed his bag and took him to the freezer. Even customers service was excellent helped me and walked me through the paperwork. During a time of unexpected grief, Kramer was very easy to work with. Kramer's staff were very understanding, and the services were timely and efficient. I would recommend Kramer to anyone thinking about direct cremation following a loved ones death.

It was easy to make the arrangements online at a difficult time. Josh was fantastic to work with. Anytime I called, he was provided great customer service and answered all the questions I had. Very affordable and received updates al the way through the process. Didn't have to worry about missing a phone call. Highly recommend!!

Everybody that came out and that I spoke with were more courteous and polite that I have had before. At the time of my need they were there with condolences and words that means a lot to me.
