The transport attendants were very kind and our mom looked great when they took her into their care.

It was the 4th of July around 7PM when Duane past.
I called Kramer’s on call service and Josh contacted me back witin 10 minutes.
By 10PM Kramer had talked with Three Oaks Hospice and arrived to pick up Duane.
So caring and professional.

The staff were compassionate and professional. My family used their services a couple of years ago and I have referred them to other family and friends, everyone was satisfied.

They were very kind and helpful. We had made no plans at all, and I was under pressure from the hospital to have a place for my deceased wife to go, and Kramer worked hard to help me get everything set up within a couple of hours. I talked to them on the phone and then filled out the forms from my phone while getting bounced around in my friend's truck going to and from the hospital. It went unbelievably better than I thought possible on that surreal and terrible day.

This is the 2nd time I have used Kramer Cremation services. They are professional, their staff is so kind and respectful. They respond to my needs immediately. Whenever I have questions, they help me and they are very caring. I will use their services in the future/
