What made my experience great was the way they made me feel.. And the crazy part is there was hardly any interaction between the staff and us. The way they respected our privacy when dropping off our loved one was much appreciated. Even though the interaction was minimum they made us feel like they really cared. You asked for a review from “Carolyn Jane.” She previously asked you to cremate her when she died. She died on Saturday morning. She was dead when she arrived at your business. You cremated her as requested. She is now ashes in a box. So it appears that you are pretty good at cremating dead people.

Moving forward, if you want a serious review, don’t send the request to someone you already cremated.

I was disappointed by the professionalism of those who came to pick up the body, and I believe your website is deceptive about costs. Stating a price that is only half the actual final price is misleading. I understand that there are some extra costs based on my choices for an urn, but 200 dollars for “extra staff” to pick up the body is absurd. As is paying for what is essentially a cardboard box.
