Through the whole process of having my beloved 37 year old son, Miles, cremated... Kramer Family Cremation kept me well informed. I went to the facility to be "near" my son during the actual cremation and I met Kayla and Dave (not Kramer family members) but both have worked there a long time. I totally found that my son's body had been treated with loving care. Very personal service! You are not a number. They took as long as I needed to talk with me and answer any questions that I had. This was such a difficult time for me. Losing my husband after his 3 plus years fighting cancer. My sister in law took on the task of finding a mortuary. She called around and was impressed with the kindness and information she got here. Everyone was kind, helpful and made the process easy for us. I was kept informed daily. Everyone i dealt with was helpful and understanding.

From the moment I called Kramer Cremation to when I picked up the ashes, I was treated kindly. I was kept informed every step of the way. There is no reason to pay exhorbitant costs for cremation unless you want some fancy-schmancy, over-priced service. Kramer Cremation made me feel like I paid a lot to take care of my loved one. Thank you for not making me feel guilty. My loved one, too, would have hated paying a high price for his cremation. I'll donate the difference to an animal rescue!
