I had a very good experience. Then kept me updated every step of the way. If I had any questions, I could call and they always answered the phone and addressed my question. I thought the price was reasonable. I would recommend Kramer if you need this service.

Losing a loved one is very painful. Kramer Family cremation made us feel that we made the right decision in trusting them with our mother. They were in constant contact with us during the process and the people were compassionate. I recommend them.

An honest answer when we first knew we would need services to wait until the time instead of prepay. Hint: have the information ready. There were many forms to fill out though. The pick up was slower than told-but polite-another death at same time. A friend had (worse) share a ride with an unknown body. Lots of communication as needed.

The Kramer personnel were gentle from moment they retrieved my mother through the final arrangements. Cassie communicated clearly so there was no misunderstanding on procedure and costs. She addressed all of our concerns completely.

Simple website to initiate process, detail wishes, and pay fees for mortuary services, including cremation. Great communication by text and email on time line, process, and status (phone contact available but costs extra). I remotely arranged a simple cremation for my mother with her remains shipped to my out of state home, and the entire process went very smoothly. Price was very reasonable, with low cost options.

Every thug was good the death certificate on the cell phone was challenging because of the size having to pan out other than that all was good
