Two weeks ago, I reported that the fryer stopped heating, and despite your assurance that it would be escalated to an engineer, I have yet to receive any response or resolution. To make matters worse, the Hany Pany I purchased from you has now also stopped working after only one month of use.
This level of quality and service is unacceptable and is directly damaging my business operations. I rely on this equipment to run my business, and these repeated failures are causing significant disruptions and financial losses.
I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect either:
1. A prompt repair of all faulty items, or
2. A full refund for all the equipment I have purchased from you.
If this issue is not resolved within [insert reasonable timeframe, e.g., 4 days], I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, including seeking legal advice and pursuing legal action for the damage caused to my business.
