Buzz Supplies Ltd Avis 

After weeks of searching for plates to show case our Christmas and New years eve dinner, I ordered from Buzz supplies,
Plates arrived super fast and wow what a difference there make to the food presation.

Not a great experience, no communication apart from confirmation of order being placed, complained after waiting 10 days and they tried to fob me off with a weak answer to my question of when I would get my delivery, after complaining it still took 4 days to get the order. Their website says next day catering supplies , that simply isn't true. They use DHL, when you go on DHL to track your order it says the website is not secure and you could be at risk, they don't use HTTPS....why not? A poor experience overall

Great supplier: the items I ordered were competitively priced (cheaper than Amazon), well packaged and arrived quickly. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Buzz Catering Supplies and would seriously advise anyone ordering items for a specific event or deadline to think twice before purchasing from this company.

I placed an order for serving trays on Thursday, 22nd October, specifically choosing Buzz Catering because they advertised next-day delivery.

My order was marked as dispatched on Friday, 23rd October. However, it is now Tuesday, 27th October and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!

After contacting customer service multiple times on Friday, Saturday and Monday, I was repeatedly told that they needed to contact the manufacturer. Conversations ended without any meaningful resolution, leaving me to chase the matter again and again.

Eventually, I was informed that my order would arrive today.....

I received an email acknowledging my complaint and explaining that, because I ordered after their 1pm cut-off, delivery should have taken place on Monday.

Fair enough, I can accept the cut-off policy. However, Monday came and went with no delivery, followed by Tuesday with STILL NO DELIVERY!

I was assured they were contacting the courier for an estimated delivery time, yet I received absolutely no further communication.

I have now wasted an entire day waiting at home between their advertised delivery hours of 8am and 6pm, only for nothing to arrive.

To make matters worse, despite the order supposedly being dispatched FOUR DAYS AGO, I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, COURIER DETAILS OR ANY WAY TO TRACK MY OWN PARCEL!

Every enquiry seems to be met with the same excuse: they need to speak to the manufacturer.

I did not purchase these items from the manufacturer. I purchased them from Buzz Catering Supplies, and I expect them to take responsibility for fulfilling their advertised delivery commitments.

The event I purchased these trays for has now taken place without them, making the entire purpose of ordering with next-day delivery completely pointless.

I have formally complained and requested acknowledgement for the inconvenience, missed delivery commitments and poor customer service. So far, I have received apologies and explanations, but no actual resolution.

What disappoints me most is not simply the delivery delay, but the complete lack of communication and accountability.

As someone who regularly purchases catering and event equipment, I need suppliers I can depend on. Unfortunately, this experience has completely undermined my confidence in this company.

Next-day delivery advertised. Two delivery dates missed. No tracking information. No proactive updates. No resolution.

I certainly won't be rushing to order from Buzz Catering Supplies again.

I will update this review if the company finally delivers my order and offers a satisfactory resolution.

Really happy with my order from Buzz Catering. I got a few essentials for my business, including sanitiser, an apron, gloves and a baker’s cap. Everything was reasonably priced, and ordering was easy. I’d definitely use them again!

I now volunteer and manage at a local community centre, and over the last few weeks I have noticed some of their equipment did not work. I had a look around various places for suitable replacements and came across Buzz Catering. Not only did they have exactly what I needed (and more), they were very reasonably priced as well. I ordered 2 new water boilers and some disposable glasses for a function we have coming up. With prompt order processing and dispatch, the items arrived much sooner than I expected which is always a big bonus. I have since placed another order for more items and hot beverage victuals, and will most likely be back when i need more.

The order process went smoothly without any problems and the material was well packed.

Great technical knowledge in helping select the correct machine for our needs, and then pulled out all the stops to get it delivered the next day minimising inconvenience to ourselves. Big thanks to Jo Elliott for all her help. This was further enhanced by the performance of the delivery driver who dealt with our rather challenging delivery point with good grace and humour. Top service from start to finish.

Fast delivery friendly staff everything I needed, thank you

Ordered things on a Monday by Friday still not arrived, telephone operator said "supply issues"....... what's that all about. Don't advertise things you pretend to have in stock, take people's money and have them waiting 10 days for delivery. Split deliveries are also unacceptable and inconvenient. One order, one delivery please.

Update: It's literally a joke at this point. My order was supposed to be delivered today but had again been delayed. Pretty sure it is scam. Please save your money and avoid!!!

My order hasn't arrived. I tried to contact Buzz, no reply. Rearranged my delivery date twice, tracking just says 'delayed'.

The audacity to send me a 'please leave a review' email is a joke.

Ordered a Bain Marie, on the basis that delivery was "3 to 5 days". Ordered on the Friday, but was told, when I rang to progress chase the order, that delivery was 3 to 5 *working* days. This translated into 11 days after the order date, or 7 working days.
As the item was needed that week, I had to source another Bain Marie from elsewhere.

Excellent equipment strong and easy to assemble.

Have had continued problems with this company. The crockery is good quality, just what i was looking for but the sales and communication are bad. Have just ordered 1 plate to go with 7 others I have (because they won't let you return anything so you have to buy a sample) and despite extremely accurate descriptions of the item with reference number, which i would've thought they could look up anyway, they've sent the wrong size. Am awaiting their reply. They'd better send a pre- paid returns slip and they should be refunding me the price of a replacement in my opinion. It's a pity I like the crockery so much because I do not like this company. Will be taking further action if they do not sort this out.

Order placed on 18th September for 3 items that were supposedly 'in stock'. Had to ring to chase 3 times. The first time I was told that one of the items wasn't actually in stock, but due in the following week & would be sent out straight away. Once the item was in, I still had to ring twice to get the order dispatched. Eventually recieved on 7th October. Very poor

Ordered some stainless steel bowls for home use. Delivered more quickly than promised and of good quality and price. Will definitely use them in future.
