He took the time to explain exactly what the procedure entailed and facilitated a completely open, honest conversation about costs and recommendations. There were no hidden surprises, and he answered every single question I had with total transparency.

Dr. Aus is an exceptional surgeon. He has a gift for breaking down complex medical details into easy-to-understand English. Throughout the entire surgery, he made sure I was aware of exactly what was happening step-by-step. He ensured the whole process ran smoothly, completely pain-free, and in total comfort.
​Tema was fantastic at keeping a watchful eye over the entire operation, making sure everything ran seamlessly in the background so the rest of the team could focus entirely on the work.

​The Artistry
When it comes to the execution, Karson is an absolute unit. He understands exactly what he is doing and approaches hair restoration like a true perfectionist. He takes every single job personally, treating the final result as a direct reflection of himself. You can tell immediately that he will not let you leave that chair unless you are wearing his work with absolute pride.

​The Vibe
Getting a hair transplant can be nerve-wracking, but Tyler and the rest of the team completely changed the dynamic. The banter and camaraderie in the clinic are top-tier. They made what could have been a stressful day feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable.

​The Aftercare
What truly cements Krownd as the best is their aftercare-it is very real, not just a marketing promise. I had to contact Karson at 3:00 AM with a concern, and he replied instantly with the answers I needed. They really care about you and your results long after you leave the clinic, and honestly, that is the difference.

I had a hair procedure done and from start to finish Kason was incredibly professional, easy going and attentive to my experience and recovery. Filled me with lots of confidence both before and after and just an all round great person to have help you through something like this.

Likewise, Dr Alexa also gave me lots of confidence during the procedure as you can just tell by listening to her work that she has a great deal of experience and knowledge and knows exactly what she's doing. She is also really down to earth and human (which can be hard for some doctors) which I found comforting.

The rest of the team were amazing too, all being very friendly and professional throughout, making the procedure a lot less daunting.
