Before you go with this company you should all be aware this is Alex Mills 4th ltd company. He is destructive a liar a thief and will worm his way around anything for a pound note. He doesn’t care he leaves family’s with no homes incorrect electrics that can cause fires no sign off from building control or fensa certs for windows and doors.

He took money off his dying mother back in 2022 this man has no remorse for anyone or anything. A addict that now claims to be clean and in the hands of god, it’s all a load of lies and victimisation.

Google this man before you commit. I have since learnt that he has closed down numerous companies and the work confirms the reason why.
The man lies and and is out of his depth. Promises to do the fix but can’t get it right.
I wish I had done my homework.

Alex and the team at KSGC did an amazing job with my back garden patio. Very competitively priced but workmanship of the highest order. KSGC threw in some extras for me doing my fence and tidying up the place. Beyond impressed with the service, said they would do the job in 2 weeks and actually delivered in a week and half. Nothing was ever too much for Alex and always communicated what he was doing.

Alex comes across as a nice guy however he clearly used subcontractors to do our patio, who didn’t have a clue what to do. Alex quoted us for a 3 day job. In the end we had 6 different men turn up and the job took 5 weeks. We had to put back other contractors who were due to start work after the patio work. Men didn’t turn up when they said they would. Stole my husband’s tools (we have them on camera) and tools were never returned. They used our cement mixer and left it full of concrete which went hard. The patio was laid unsatisfactory, lots of loose rattling porcelain tiles, chipped tiles, not grouted correctly. Have lots of photos but unfortunately you cannot upload them to Trustpilot. The patio had to be taken up in parts and relaid. It is done now but is no way an excellent job. We have got to live with it unfortunately. Paid the money just to get rid of them. Caused myself and my husband a lot of stress. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Stay clear of this company. Photos on website very impressive but do not represent what this company is about.
