Horrific company. We agreed my outstanding balance would be paid by Friday. On Wednesday they called my entire family, whom I haven’t lived with in over 10 years. We then agreed to a partial by 1pm as long as there were no further calls and by 11:40am they
Called my workplace.

Live staff is rude and their ai is somehow as rude as well. I talked to an agent a couple times about a debt and they insisted I borrow from friends/family to clear it up. They kept changing the $ amount owed like a rollercoaster and ai calls that I got hung up on me 3 times after answering their call.

It doesn't seem like these live people are even human

To note, their website spells everything with a k, and it's hard to trust when everything looks like a scam for them. "Kollect." And everything got a period at the end of it

This company is fraudulent. do not send them money. Report them to the authorities. Someone must be selling them your personal information. They have just enough to seem legit.

The most unprofessional, rude, and downright misleading human/company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They continue to demand money from me and threatening me with the law even though I have stated MANY times that I am happy to pay as soon as they show me that the money I have already sent them is actually being posted towards my balance, AND I need clarification of how much money I still owe. They will not answer my questions, will not show me any proof of my payments already sent, and have given me 3 totally different numbers regarding my remaining balance. I keep saying I’m happy to pay as soon as I get a little bit of clarification, and they ignore me for a couple days and then threaten me with the law again. Horrible horrible company. They are not a law firm at all, they’re a debt collector and they do not follow any of the rules and regulations. This has been going on for almost a year now.

The service received was incredibly rude and unprofessional. A male service agent yelled at my wife while she was simply inquiring about a letter she received. He went as far as threatening her, stating she would be sued and taken to court. This behavior is completely unacceptable

Absolutely rude and racist agent. They were looking for a different person and when I pointed it out - the agent started yelling and shouting at me. When I called him out - he hung up.

They called my friend who was really sick last weekend and demanded that she get a loan from that 2 senior lawyer passed her around and never let her get a word in edge wise. Robert belittled her and raise his voice at her for no reason when she was liget sick. I over heard ther phone calls for3 days straight. What an unprofessional law firm there. General hummel out

Just like others, they keep harassing me even though they have the wrong person. I keep telling them I have no idea who this person is that they are trying to call but it’s not me. They are so rude and keep telling me that I am lying and yelling at me. They won’t take my number off whatever file they have for this other person so I said I am just going to block their number, this Adam guy said ‘that’s how I KNOW you know this person’ like wtf? No I’m just tired of being harassed for something that has nothing to do with me.

Also this idiot was like ‘google your phone number, it shows up for medical sites’… so I googled and it showed these sites but it says ‘missing ***-***-****’ so they aren’t even reading that my number is NOT attached to any of these google searches. Complete idiots.

Sairoz is absolutely dead weight for this company, I had a situation that I was trying to deal with and all she did was give me misleading information and kept feeding around the bush with things. For me to find out she actually didnt handle the situation at all how it was supposed to, just talked to someone else in a different department who told me she filed and noted things wrong as she didnt even understand the situation I was in. Why not give me to someone who does instead of making it look like you knew what you were doing? Instead my situation may end of taking twice as long because she didnt know what she was doing. She also became terribly rude and ignorant. Company needs to dispose of her if they want to succeed. Wish I could give a zero...good luck. I think its time for ksi to clean up the loose ends.

THEY DONOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING….My friend was having a file with a different collection company, their guy was calling and demanding and being so rude and when we are looking for details about the file, he was not able to give an answer, he was so rude and so unprofessional. I don’t think anyone should pay without confirming if they are telling the truth. I wish I would have the option to give 0 star.

I’ve been getting phone calls incessantly from these people looking for someone that is not me. I asked their automated service to remove me so many times I finally just called and demanded operator. I spoke to a nasty young man who questioned me (no file with them) about another clients information and then refused to send me email confirmation that my number was removed from the file, then he hung up on me. I called again and he just basically called me an idiot and hung up. I called again and a woman seemed more helpful, until I asked for agent # of the man who I spoke to previously. She claimed he was a lawyer so I told her he should be identifying himself then so I can refer his communications to my lawyer. She had a freak out and then also hung up on me. This company is horrific in my little experience and I can’t believe our system is allowing such a negligible and unprofessional “law firm” to continue operating.

thinking about seeking legal action, these KSI LAW people are clueless ( head doesn't know what the A** is doing) they keep calling me for a Jennifer aubi, I've told them for months that they have the wrong number, getting to a point where it is now harassment. anyone know a decent legal team that isn't these fools.

In my opinion, These people have no idea what they are doing. Calling the wrong numbers over and over and issuing rude remarks and hanging up. I would Never Trust these people to collect anything for me.

I was contacted by KSI Law Collections about an old account that is past the legal time limit for collection in Ontario. During our conversations, I was told things like “we’re going to take you to court” and “you’ll be sued soon.”

After checking with Ontario’s Limitations Act, I learned that collectors can’t start legal action once the two-year limitation period has expired. I found these statements to be misleading and concerning, and I’ve reported the situation to Consumer Protection Ontario.

If you’re contacted about an older debt, make sure to check your rights and the limitation period before responding.

My mother owed money and this company was collecting they are very pushy rude and demanding. They were trying to tell her who she could go to for help and who she couldnt. He got very rude with myself on the phone calling me and mother names. Very unprofessional and very demanding... very rude exspecially talking to a 70 year old women.

Stay clear of these guys. They provide false information regarding debt. They told me i was not able to claim bankrupty since my debt was sent to them (KSI). Upon getting legal advice from a law firm who isnt an affiliate with KSI, informed me that i can claim bankruptcy even after a judges judgement on the said debt. Im very happy i didnt let thesd a******* put me in a bigger hole than the one i was already in. I was told to ignore all calls from KSI and to go fourth with bankruptcy. I offered to pay 1000 a month to KSI and they declined. They said either one lump sum or theyll take me to court. Joe was very unprofessional , hanging up on me after saying " well good luck, better hire a lawyer". When i was simply trying to make it work. As soon as i asked if our calls were recorded , he said yes and asked why i asked.

I said because the information you gave me about bankrupty is false ( as i was told by a different law firm). He then said "well i dont know where you heard that, but good luck". Then he hangs up again. Find a new profession joe. You aint good at lying.

Was contacted by them today for a supposed debt to Telus. There is no debt to Telus. Telus is a scam of a company that racked up fraudulent charges on my account and refuses to give me an explanation for said charges and then closed my account and sent it to collections when I tried to dispute the fraudulent charges. This company is a scam doing the dirty work for other scam companies.

UPDATE: These people are scammers; they will use scare tactics and threaten you with violence. Check your credit bureau! If there is no claim, there is no debt. They are grabbing at straws; they are scamming people out of their hard-earned dollar. DO NOT ALLOW THESE REATARDS to steal your money, they are scammers, the company is shady and only a fraud.

This company hired Mr Jerod Scavuzzo recently from FDR . While at FDR he did something illegal and very unethical calling and threatening my elderly father. Yes I owed money, but my father had nothing to do with this debt but Mr Scavuzzo decided to threaten him to try to get me to pay. My father was so upset he ended up in the hospital. He just died, not necessarily because of Mr Scavuzzo's disgusting tactics, but im sure it didn't help.
All I wanted was an admission of guilt and apology and I would of let it go. Instead he decided to say "if someone " called my father that wasn't company policy. Then I never heard from him again. FDR told me he no longer worked for them. I'm not letting then off the hook. I found out Mr Scavuzzo went to this KSI company so I asked them for a response whether they wanted those type if tactics done for them.

They have refused to respond.

Judging from the other 2 reviews, KSI might be the perfect fit for such a horrible human.

Any client thinking of using this company, be aware what kind of people work for KSI

Got my first email, just last month it was another company. I think the last company left a VM once.
I will say who ever is served a court claim, respond to the courts! If they have lawyers to sign they’ll go to court it’s a legit court proceeding. If you don’t respond, they file for default, if you haven’t replied to the courts, they win.
A diff ‘law firm’ had a lawyer and there’s a claim against me for debt.
