Kstars in my opinion is the best kpop shop in the UK! I've ordered around 10 times from them and visited them in their physical store and every experience I have had has been amazing! They always answer any questions honestly and quickly and are eager and happy to help with anything. whenever I order online from them it always comes super quick and there's never any damage on my albums or photocards :) The actual store is also very nice, me and my friend especially enjoyed the cafe the drinks are super yummy and the photobooth on the second floor

Overall 10/10! Highly recommend will always come back whenever my favourites have a comeback ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )

I ordered 3 albums from KStars as a gift for my daughter. I actually had an issue with the order and the customer service was great. They do request on the delivery box that you video the opening, which I had done (I would say this is essential). They replaced the order with the correct albums within a couple of days and sent my daughter a little extra pressent to say sorry. Would definitely use them again, but would stress the need to video the opening in case there is an issue.
