Pre-orders are always delayed by weeks….
They have a great selection of kpop albums and merch however my main issue with them is that whenever you pre-order something and there is an expected ship out date on the description of the item it’s never correct. I have ordered many times now and I waited almost 3 weeks AFTER the expected ship out date for pre-order items and you never get an email or an announcement to update you that there is a potential delay so you just sit waiting for your order to ship, this really needs to change because if you put a date on an item, even if it’s just an estimate you could at least update your customers and tell them there is a delay…. Instead of keeping them sitting, waiting in limbo, it’s extremely frustrating.

Could not be a better shopping…
Could not be a better shopping experience. The staff are so lovely when shopping in store and everything on the website is clearly marked and the search is so easy to use. The little messages the staff write on envelopes for photocards for example really make the whole thing more wholesome.

Every time I order from Kstars my stuff always comes in amazing condition, packed amazingly to insure no damage is done and prices are really good, I would always recommend Kstars to anyone wanting to buy kpop merch!!

Same groups being celebrated…. Yawn
Another Stray Kids event…… it’s so boring seeing the same group over and over again. I want to see diversity but I constantly feel like you are trying to shove stray kids down my throat, why not have an event to celebrate the people and performances at waterbomb or the winners of music shows this week or even stop with events and just let people shop without having the same groups being a focus, eg DKB are making a comeback, Jimin? Lisa? Kiss of life? G-idle? NCT Wish? Lee Youngji? One pact? Where was the hype? Oh right isn’t any unless it’s a ULT group someone in the store supports…. Everyone albums are cheaper on other websites and with quicker shipping. Don’t waste your money here anymore, unless you are a SKDs fan then go right ahead as this store is personalised for you.

Thank you for your suggestions for other events! This is our first Stray Kids event since their album was released last year, and they're the most highly requested group for an event, which is why we planned it :)
Our events for the next few weeks include (G)I-DLE, AESPA, ITZY, NCT, KEP1ER, STAYC and many more so hopefully there is a different event more suited towards the groups you like! Events are planned based on demand so please request any groups you want to see so we know what to prepare :)

All the goods were in there and the delivery packaging was super secure… almost too secure like even I had trouble opening it lmao 😅

Absolutely loved the upgrade!!! The place looks great, the displays are organized, and the upstairs area with the photo zone, chairs and tables, life four cuts, and games is really amazing!

Brilliant company fast delivery
The Experience I had was amazing it was my first time using K Stars I ordered (G)I-DLE tour dvd it came with in 2 days then I pre ordered there new album and it arrived with in 1 week after release I couldn’t not recommend K Stars enough
