15/10 Such an excellent store with welcoming and fun staff. I'm there at least a few times a month and everyone is so friendly without fail.

Online purchases come with a friendly card and arrive promptly and safely too.

Kstars is an amazing place for kpop lovers and the staff are the absolute sweetest they always put a smile on my face every time I walk in Id recommend this shop a million times

I've never shopped anywhere else in the uk for kpop merch! always authentic and fair priced, never had a bad experience shopping there

Travelled here a few times now (its an hour via train) and its the best shop ever, the staff inside are so kind and you feel comfortable within the store. Everyone talks to each other like friends. The store its self is laid out well they have such a wide range of kpop items i find myself in there for hours. Every pay day I have to stop myself going back. Cant wait for my next visit to kstars!! ♥️

I’ve bought from both the online and physical store several times, can’t fault a single thing! The staff are all lovely, items sent in the post have always been sent quick and with great care, and of course stock is fabulous too! I just wish I could buy more things :’) special shout out for the convention and mystery box too!! The box was great value; I found a couple of new groups to listen to and it had two albums I’d wanted in it as well 💜

Kstars is absolutely amazing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and have responded to any requires I have had quickly. They have been my go to store for albums the past 2 years and they have never disappointed. The shipping is quick and items always arrive safely. Kstars is one of my go to kpop sites. I often shop online as I live to far away to shop in store. When I order online everything is great there is a variety of different groups, merch, photocards and always packed really safely and arrives in good time. When I do get to shop in store it’s amazing. The staff are really friendly and it’s just such a fun thing to do!! I would always recommend kstars! :)

Best shop in the entire world. Staff are great, some of the albums are a bit expensive but overall the prices are reasonable and they always have cool stuff that is really hard to find elsewhere

I’ve bought from this shop online multiple times and visited in store once, and can definitely say that this is my favourite kpop shop! All the staff are very friendly and lovely to talk to, also very helpful! They have so many different groups in stock! When ordering online the albums/ products always arrive safely packaged! They also often hold kpop events and are in general a very good kpop shop! Love this place!

Pre-Ordered Livelock by Xdinary Heroes
1. Didn't arrive until around 10 days after the album release.
2. Included the wrong image as the image description for the album (compact version instead of standard version).
3. Did not include ANY of the pre-order items. I pre-ordered this album specifically for the pre-order items and didn't receive a single one, despite the album being named a "pre-order album" and having the pre-order items listed on the image description.

The in-person shop is okay but I will not be ordering albums from this dealer again.

Bought from here several times, items sent super fast and packaged well with plenty of bubble wrap. Products always in great condition and always have every inclusion listed.

came here 7th of October with my daughter and her boyfriend, I was in awe of all the stuff especially bts, I loved it and will be going back again, could do with selling things like backpacks and clothing but we loved it.

The staff at kstars are soooo friendly! They respond to queries quickly as well and everything I’ve ordered from them has come in perfect condition and right on time.

Always amazing, I would highly recommend kstars to anyone.
