Arrived on Sunday the 4th of October, hospital was spotlessly clean, staff were all extremely kind and helpful, the location was great with a large shopping mall very close by, I had all of my pre surgery tests carried out on Monday morning with the help and assistance of a translator ( I can’t remember her name 🙈) who was more than helpful and kept me informed of every step of what was happening from start to finish! Ilasik was then done in the evening and it went extremely well, I was put at ease by both my translator and surgeon and the whole procedure was done within half an hour! Aftercare instructions were clear and well explained and the next morning I happily got the all good from the surgeon! If anyone is considering getting laser or any kind of eye treatment done then Kudret is the place to go!

I have stayed 3 days for eye lasik.
Everything was more then excellent.
Translator assistance was with you everywhere. She was so nice. Even grabbed my hand in surgery knowing I was very nervous. Very professional clean and everyone is so nice and helpful.
Surgery went well check up was good I am flying home. Can’t say anything about recovery yet! But if you go for eyelash this is the place!

My husband and I have just returned from having replacement lenses at Kudret goz.
I did a lot of research beforehand of clinics in the uk.
They were all around £7000 and I couldn’t find any with reviews I was happy with.
My son suggested going abroad for the procedure. It was the last thing I could imagine us doing.
But I started to investigate the possibility of eye surgery abroad.
There is so much choice but eventually I settled on Kudret Goz.
We were so well looked after thoughout the whole process, I had nothing to worry about. We arrived on Wednesday evening, the clinic arranged transport to the hospital.
We met Cem on the Thursday morning who looked after us throughout our stay. All tests were done Thursday morning and we had the first lense replaced with trifocal lense at 2 pm Thursday. The procedure took no more than 15 minutes
On Friday we had the other eye done and Saturday morning we had our last check up.
We’re 2 days after our last op today and I can’t believe how well we can see. They said it ll improve daily for the next month. But it’s so good now I don’t think it can get better
It’s a life changer.

A very kind and professional medical team! The surgery was completely straightforward and was completed relatively quickly. The entire team, and especially Zuhal, my patient coordinator, was always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the whole process.

They made the process of coming to a country where I don’t speak the language and having eye surgery (frightening enough in your home town) very easy indeed. I had a wonderful interpreter with me through the entire process every day, she made everything so easy. First class facilities, first class staff and a very convenient location.

12 april 2026 naar Istanbul gevlogen.13 april zijn mijn ogen uitgebreid getest in het Kudret Eye Hospital.Ik wilde nieuwe lenzen voor dichtbij en ver zien. Ik bleek + 4 te hebben. Zij adviseerde de nieuwste Tri Focale lenzen van Johnson & Johnson.Die middag werd mijn rechter oog geholpen en dinsdag mijn linker oog. Ik had een zeer vriendelijk Tolk als begeleider .Woensdag controles van beide ogen en ik kreeg oogdruppels mee voor 4 weken. Woensdag om 13 uur werd ik weer naar vliegveld gebracht.
Mijn ogen zijn top geen bril of contactlenzen meer nodig.Alleen s avonds in het donker zie ik rond lichten 2 halo ringen.Dit is mij gemeld en duurt nog even voordat het afneemt.Ik ben zo ontzettend blij met mijn nieuwe lenzen. De hele procedure was pijnloos. Dr Mehmet Ali Ozdil en zijn team hebben geweldig werk geleverd. Onzettend bedankt.

My wife and I both had lens replacement here due to both having cataracts. I have to say from start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Careing helpful staff took care of all our needs and queries. Experienced expert surgeon did the operations on both eyes which only takes around 10 to 15 minutes and is completely painless. Excellent aftercare after the operations. Excellent value especially compared to the UK. For the two of us we paid plot less than one operation would cost in the UK. In particular I would like to thank Gem and Zuhan, both of whom speak English, for their care and attention also i would like to thank Dr Mehmet for his expertise. We have been home now for a month or so and our vision just keeps getting better and better as explained. I have no hesitation in recommding this excellent hospital. Thanks for our new eyes.

Meine Frau und ich hatten schon länger den Wunsch, uns endgültig von der Brille zu befreien. Unser klares Ziel war die vollständige Brillenfreiheit durch den Einsatz von Trifokallinsen. Daher suchten wir gezielt nach einer Augenklinik in der Türkei, die auf diesen Eingriff spezialisiert ist und gleichzeitig sehr gute Bewertungen von Patienten vorweisen kann. Nach intensiver Recherche und dem Vergleich verschiedener Anbieter entschieden wir uns bewusst für die Kudret Göz Augenklinik in Istanbul. An dieser Stelle möchten wir auch erwähnen, dass die Operation mit dem Femtosekundenlaser durchgeführt wird, wobei dieses Verfahren hier bereits im Leistungsumfang enthalten ist, während es bei anderen Kliniken auch als kostenpflichtige Zusatzleistung angeboten wird.

Die Kommunikation erfolgte auf Deutsch über WhatsApp und erstreckte sich über etwa drei Monate. Immer wieder hatten wir Fragen, die stets schnell beantwortet wurden. Dabei wurden unsere Anliegen geduldig, verständnisvoll und ausführlich behandelt. Wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit zu einer Entscheidung gedrängt gefühlt – im Gegenteil: Es wurde uns vermittelt, dass es sich zwar um einen medizinischen Eingriff handelt, den man gut überlegen sollte, der jedoch standardisiert, sehr häufig durchgeführt und weltweit millionenfach erfolgreich ist.

Der Transfer zur Klinik war perfekt organisiert. Wir entschieden uns für die Übernachtung direkt in der Klinik, was sich als sehr praktisch erwies: Nach der Operation konnten wir uns sofort in unserem Zimmer ausruhen, ohne zusätzliche Wege oder Wartezeiten.

Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir an Zuhal aussprechen, die sich um die Patientenbetreuung kümmerte. Sie war bereits unsere erste Ansprechpartnerin während des gesamten Austauschs über WhatsApp und begleitete uns vor Ort bei allen Arztterminen. Sie fungierte als Übersetzerin, war während der Operation präsent und strahlte dabei Freundlichkeit, Empathie und Engagement aus – eine Betreuung, wie man sie selten erlebt.

Auch der behandelnde Arzt, Dr. Özdil, überzeugte uns voll und ganz. Mit 27 Jahren Erfahrung in der modernen Augenbehandlungen strahlt er Ruhe, Kompetenz und Sicherheit aus. Der gesamte Ablauf in der Klinik – von den Voruntersuchungen bis zur Operation – war strukturiert, reibungslos und ohne nennenswerte Wartezeiten.

Vier Wochen nach der Operation sind wir nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Schon einen Tag nach dem Eingriff spürten wir, dass wir die richtige Entscheidung getroffen hatten. Alles hat sich wie erwartet entwickelt, und wir könnten mit dem Ergebnis nicht glücklicher sein.

Wir können die Kudret Göz Augenklinik uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die sehr guten Bewertungen, die wir vorab gelesen hatten, spiegeln unsere eigenen Erfahrungen perfekt wieder.

Absolute Empfehlung – rundum bestens betreut!

Ich war vom 9. bis 13. März in der Kudret Göz Istanbul Augenklinik und kann nur Positives berichten.

Vorab ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Klinik ist über die Google-Suche aktuell noch etwas schwer zu finden – das habe ich auch bereits als Feedback weitergegeben. Hier besteht noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial.

Nun aber zum Wesentlichen: Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich hervorragend aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Zuhal, die sich unglaublich rührend um mich gekümmert hat. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hat geduldig all meine (wirklich vielen!) Fragen beantwortet und mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts begleitet. Ich habe lange überlegt, welche Linsen für mich infrage kommen, und wurde dabei bestens unterstützt.

Ich bin gemeinsam mit meiner Frau am 9. März angereist, und wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt, direkt herzlich empfangen – inklusive Abendessen. Am nächsten Morgen ging es mit den Voruntersuchungen los, bei denen mich Zuhal den ganzen Tag begleitet hat.

Anschließend hatte ich ein ausführliches Gespräch mit Dr. Mehmet Ali Özdil, der sich viel Zeit genommen hat, meine Wünsche zu verstehen und mich kompetent beraten hat. Am Ende habe ich mich für die Johnson & Johnson Odyssey Linsen entschieden, die mir in beide Augen implantiert wurden.

Die erste OP (rechtes Auge) fand bereits am selben Nachmittag statt. Sie verlief schnell und völlig unkompliziert – nach etwa 10 Minuten war alles erledigt. Schon danach konnte ich ohne Brille lesen, was für mich (49 Jahre alt und bisher Gleitsichtbrillenträger) ein unglaubliches Gefühl war.

Da ich eine Hornhautverkrümmung habe, musste für das linke Auge zunächst die passende Linse bestellt werden. Diese wurde dann am Donnerstag erfolgreich eingesetzt – ebenfalls schnell und problemlos.

Ein kleiner Punkt, den ich erwähnen möchte: Die sogenannten Halos sind anfangs etwas ungewohnt, aber das wurde mir vorher erklärt und sie werden mit der Zeit besser. Das ist also nichts Ungewöhnliches.

Auch nach der Behandlung ist der Kontakt weiterhin hervorragend – Zuhal kümmert sich nach wie vor und steht für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Fazit:
Top Betreuung, hochkompetentes Team, modernste Technik und ein rundum gelungenes Ergebnis. Ich kann die Klinik uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Es war nicht so einfach die Klinik Online zu finden. Aber von Anfang an war die Kommunikation mit Derya hervorragend und ich habe mich schnell für die Trifokallinsen entschieden. Den Flug nach Istanbul habe ich selbst gebucht, am Flughafen wurde ich abgeholt und in die Klinik gebracht. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt in der Klinik. Am gleichen Tag wurden noch alle Voruntersuchungen incl. Kennenlernen des Arztes erledigt. Am zweiten Tage erfogte die Implantation der ersten Linse und am nächsten Tag war die zweite OP. Alles lief reibungslos ab, immer in Begleitung einer Dolmetscherin. Am dritten Tag gab es noch einmal eine Kontrolle, ich hatte direkt auf beiden Augen 100% Sehkraft. Natürlich müssen sich die Linsen noch einspielen, bei mir war das Nahe lesen und die Fernsicht sofort wieder da, die Entfernung zum arbeiten am PC wird in wenigen Tagen folgen. Die gesamte Heilung dauert schliesslich 6 Monate. Ich kann ich nur bei allen bedanken - besonders bei Derya - und kann die Klinik jedem empfehlen. Mein behandelnder Arzt war Op. Dr. Mehmet Ali Özdil. Und preislich auch unschlagbar... Bei mir wurde die Johnson&Johnson Odyssey eingesetzt.

Ich war in dieser Klinik um mir aufgrund meiner Weitsichtigkeit die Linsen tauschen zu lassen. Eine Entscheidung die ich nicht bereut habe. Von Anfang bis zum Ende hatte ich eine ganz tolle deutschsprachige Betreuung. Zuhal, dir möchte ich wirklich nochmal Danke sagen. Wann immer ich deine Hilfe brauchte, ob im Vorfeld über WhatsApp oder vor Ort, du warst stets für mich und die anderen Patienten da. Generell ist das gsnze Klinikteam sehr freundlich und professionell. Vor und nach den Operationen wurden viele Tests und Untersuchungen durchgeführt. Auch die Operationen an sich verliefen pünktlich und absolut schmerzlos. Vielleicht auch nicht ganz unwichtig. Der Preis ist auch absolut unschlagbar. Letztlich habe ich sogar weniger bezahlt als ich gerechnet hatte. Auch das war sehr positiv. Also,vielen Dank an Zuhal und das gesamte Klinikpersonal

As a result, I subsequently contacted Kudret Goz Istanbul via WhatsApp, and I must say I was very impressed by the level and quality of service. The initial contact person, Cem, was very helpful and explained the process, cost (much more reasonable than the UK clinic), and aftercare procedures very clearly. The doctor that I was assigned was Dr Nail Sönmez, who was very experienced and conducted a very effective iLASIK surgery, which only lasted about 10-15 minutes, and led to a significant improvement in my vision. He was also very transparent about the associated risks involved after the operation and advised how those could be mitigated after the surgery. Although the doctor and Cem spoke English, I was also assigned a translator, Zuhal, who was very friendly and helped me communicate with other hospital staff when needed. Therefore, I highly recommend Kudret Goz Istanbul for any UK resident seeking high-quality LASIK eye surgery at an affordable price.

I have just returned from having Lens transplantation at Kudret Eye Hospital Istanbul. I was a lone traveller who was terrified at the prospect of eye surgery even having done my research. I have to say ALL the staff at Kudret were absolutely amazing. From 1st contacting them the communication was excellent no question was too much and always received a very prompt response. I was met at the airport in the middle of the night and taken straight to the hospital, was shown to my room. I felt very safe. I had numerous test the following day and then a consultation with the Doctor who advised me of my best implants. There was always someone with me who was able to translate anything said. I had my 1st op that afternoon again I felt safe and very confident with the professionalism of all the staff. Surgery took approximately 20 mins. I had no pain and the next day was able to see near intermediate and distance although not 100% but without glasses. After further checks I then went in for my second surgery. Again all went smoothly. The following day sight had improved even more in my 1st eye and then on removal of my eye patch my 2nd eye sight was great. I am thrilled to be glasses free and my vision improves every day. I was told it can take between 1 -3 weeks for the full result. I was given eye drops for home and full care instructions. I am very grateful to all those involved in my journey Thank you.

Ich war sehr überrascht wie professionell die Untersuchungen waren. Alle Mitarbeiter und auch der Arzt waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Operationen verlief sehr professionell und ich hatte keinerlei Schmerzen oder Probleme. Die Klinik ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber und für meinen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Die Apparate waren auf dem neuesten Stand und gaben mir die Sicherheit das alles gut gehen wird.
Mein besonderer Dank gilt meiner Dolmetscherin Zuhal. Noch nie so eine freundliche, kompetente und hübsche Ansprechpartnerin gehab wie Zuhal. Sie war bei allen Untersuchungen und sogar im Operationssaal an meiner Seite. Es gab nichts was Sie nicht wusste und auch praktische Tipps auch für außerhalb der Klinik gab sie mir.
Alles in allem kann ich die Klinik nur empfehlen und ich würde es auch immer wieder dort machen lassen.

Von Tag 1 bis zum Schluss (und darüber hinaus) wurde ich von Zuhal betreut, die einfach fantastisch war – so herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer für mich da. Das gesamte Personal war mega freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam. Und der Arzt verdient eine glatte 10 von 10 – ich habe mich rundum sicher und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

I thought that I would travel to Kudret Eye Istanbul for surgery. However, their communication skills are awful, so hard to get any sort of response from them. Now that I have found lots of other negative reviews, I think I’ve saved not only money, but most importantly my health! I recommend people spend time finding somewhere else.
