It is a very smooth app with Good customer service but 2 problems are it is difficult to register new customers and secondly the rate is higher on other sites than kuringo.

The transaction was seamless
The transaction was seamless. Absolutely no hiccups at all. The staff are very helpful. I also like the vast number of locations they have. There isn’t any need to stress, wherever you are there is a Kuringo pickup station nearby. I would absolutely recommend it. The rates are amazing. I was honestly surprised when I compared it with the others.

I have been using Kuringo for a year or…
I have been using Kuringo for a year or more now, and I am 100% satisfied. The exchange rate is way more interesting than the others like Moneygram or Western Union. The great part of it is the customer service, which is rare in the Gambia unfortunately. They call the receiver to inform them, and delivers the money to the receiver. I haven't seen that yet, anywhere. Bravo!!! keep it up! Special thanks to Kadijatou, always available and following up. I highly recommend Kuringo!! For the same amount I was sending via other agencies, mom receives more. She is happy, my account too 😀. Keep up the good work Mohamed and the Kuringo team. Hands up!!
