Before I approached KWIL, I did a solicitor search on TrustPilot and their reviews were, in the main, very positive.
Well, I’m going to add to those positive reviews for the following reasons.
1) When I looked at the KWIL website it seemed to me that the process of making an LPA was relatively simple and straightforward; I had been thinking about making an LPA for many months and had put it off because I had found it a complicated and expensive thing to do.
2) Phone calls. From my in initial contact on their website, I have received regular calls from KWIL people who cared about what I was doing and were happy to answer all my nervous questions and give me sound advice; they have been extremely patient with me and, better still, all part of the service.
3) Apart from all of the above, KWIL have proven to me that they are seriously good value for money. When I consider the service I have had from KWIL in relation to the customer service I receive from the average store where I might have spent a similar amount, there is no comparison. KWIL are an exceptionally good company, not just in contrast to other similar firms but overall.
In conclusion, I have every intention of recommending their invaluable service whenever the situation arises; it would surprise me to hear of a better company.
