I'm at KYZEN for almost 2 years and I can recommend it. The CEO and the management care about the employees, they're always supportive, there are opportunities for professional growth.
I remember when I started, there was a training where the team leader spent hours and hours to explain everything before the official start. Also, the organization of the work has clear procedures, and you just need to follow them and won't get in a situation when you will be unsure what to do in a certain situation. And even if you are, there's always a team leader, a manager etc. to help you if needed.
All in all, I'm very happy here.

Working at Kyzen has been one of the best experiences of my career so far. I’ve never encountered such a caring and thoughtful group of people in a professional environment. There is always genuine support, even during difficult times when someone may be facing personal challenges.
The work management and leadership have been excellent, and I’ve consistently been given the space and guidance to grow while recognizing and building on my strengths. I’m truly grateful for the people I’ve met here and for the professional growth that is still yet to come :)

I worked with Kyzen for a year and can recommend it 100%. I had a newborn while working with them, and the team was amazingly supportive of my schedule changes and emergencies.

The whole team, from CEO to fellow workers are very supportive in many ways, there is no question that you can not ask and you will be well taken care of.

I left to follow my own path and dreams but highly recommend this as a workplace.

A Concerning Work Environment with Questionable Practices

Working at this company has been a challenging experience for many employees. Compensation is extremely low reportedly around $8 per day with shifts assigned randomly, leaving workers with no choice over their schedules. Weekends and holidays are often prioritized for assignments, making it difficult to maintain a work life balance.

Over time, training conditions have worsened. While it was once paid and lasted around 30 hours, it was later reduced to 15 hours and made unpaid. Despite this, new hires are expected to understand every aspect of the company’s processes many of which are undocumented or unclear. If mistakes happen, responsibility is often unfairly placed on the employees rather than on the lack of proper guidance.

Concerns have been raised about internal management, with some employees describing it as disorganized and lacking effective leadership. There are claims that customer related policies aim to retain users at all costs, allegedly making it difficult for them to leave the platform or withdraw funds, raising ethical concerns.

There are also reported disparities in employee treatment. It has been suggested that workers from certain regions, such as Finland, receive higher wages, while those from lower income countries—such as Madagascar, Haiti, and parts of Africa may be offered lower pay. It seems probable the company is closing down starting this months after all the layoffs.

A fantastic workplace with a supportive people

I have had the pleasure of working with KYZEN for the past 8 months, and it has been an outstanding experience. The company fosters a collaborative work environment where everyone's contributions are valued, and there is definitely a strong focus on continuous improvement (from my own experience)
The leadership is transparent and communicative, always keeping us informed and asking for feedback and any ideas for improvement in some areas. The work-life balance is also well-maintained, with flexibility and understanding of personal needs. In one sentence, KYZEN is a fantastic place to work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career.

They don’t listen to their employees

So much for kyzening when it takes you months to fire an incompetent person just because your manager has a crush on them :)
It’s a great place to work if you’re Nordic born. Several of our colleagues complained about a Nordic born person leaving work earlier than what was planned for him and how he didn’t really work during the time they were online, but for some reason I was placed under a magnifying glass. No one could explain nor provide data about what exactly is wrong with my quality nor input and when I asked why is this other person allowed to slack off and all the other agents complaints about them are ignored, kyzen said that I don’t know everything. Clearly the other agents that complained know nothing either. Would I work with this company again? No as they expected 1000% more from other people while Finns can do and come as they please.
