An absolute purchase recommendation! Topshop! A very good selection of big brands. Incredibly low prices in the sales. Professional packaging in combination, with DHL Express the ordered item will be at home the next working day. I placed two orders with LABELS. There was a very slight delay in delivery on the first order (human or technical delays can happen anywhere). For the second order, the item was with me the next day. The quality of the goods is impeccable. The online shop is very well and clearly structured and the selection of fashion is on a cosmopolitan level. Contact with customer service works well.

I placed an order at the Labels webshop about one year ago. I completed the entire procedure. Item plus shipping paid. In the meantime I am waiting for my parcel.
Then... the order gets canceled a few days later.
The reason: item not in stock.
Of course, I am dissapointed. But hey, this can happen!

The item I received was damaged, but they did not give me a full refund.
I complained by email but no response.

I had no choice but to report the complaint to PayPal, and they claimed that they had not received the returned item.

I could not ignore how great my experience was with this store. I even have to find where I can leave them a review (which super rare for me). This is my 3rd purchase with them and I’m truly amazed how fast shipping was (they always ship their orders in the next business day), packaging was so beautiful, big shoutout to their customer support (Karl is the best by the way, he was answering to my emails like a streak of lightning lol), their prices are amazing as well! Believe me, comparing to some other online stores in Europe they are so far are the best - especially during the sale time.

Why did I not discover this retailer before? Amazing high end brands at great prices. So many wonderful brands to choose from. I purchased Jaquemus Chunky Node Bracelet at a fraction of the cost, less than half price!!!
I had to contact customer service, as in my own error & haste I typed surname incorrectly. I received an email immediately advising my mistake had been rectified. Communication throughout was fab. Delivered within 2 days (international shipping) which is incredible as this is not the case local retailers! Packaged beautifully with a handwritten note. If I could give 10*’s I would. I will definitely be shopping on repeat with this retailer. 1st class service!!!

I ordered two pairs of boots burberry, but they did not fit and had to be returned, all money was returned. Great things and service, but only pity is that the return shipping is at your own expense. I recommend this store.

I have just received my Extra Fine Merino Wool CP Company Goggle Beanie, the product is excellent quality and was very well packaged, very fast delivery, excellent customer service I would definitely recommend using labels fashion.

I ordered a Heron Preston Ice Skull Shirt. It was the last one on sale with a satisfyingly low price. It was very nicely packaged with a lot of attention to detail.
