I have tried to contact them on many occasions about my order what I've still not received from them, and I ordered on the 17th of december. I've even asked for a full refund from them, but nothing. They have now blocked my emails, and messages to them, and I also think they have closed the website, and made a new one. Defo fraudsters
Made an order in November and still not received my goods they told me it was a customs problem and would send a second parcel still no items received ignoring emails and wataps gone to the bank now as clearly fraud
My order took a while to come, however, the wait is worth it! Looks just like the pictures and comes with all packaging, I will definitely be ordering more.
They are a complete scammer, my order was wrong and fake, I asked for my money back, they didn't give it, they said we will send new shoes, then 1 month passed, they blocked my number
I ordered in beginning November 2025. The product didn’t arrived cause of logistic issues I guess. The service is till now super good with quick answers. There are just some issues because of the refund which I asked for almost 1 month ago and I still got nothing back. I hope that they fix it asap. The service is def. top, but I would like to have the refund so I can trust and make another order, which I would love to. I hope that next time it’s gonna work better.

I was honestly a bit unsure at first, but I’m really glad I ordered. The delivery took a little time, but once my package arrived I was very happy with the quality. The item looks even better in real life and feels really well made.
Customer support was kind and answered my questions, which made the wait much easier. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely order again.

I wasn’t sure at first because it was my first time ordering from them, but everything went super smoothly. The customer service answered all my questions quickly and kept me updated throughout the process.
The quality of the product really surprised me it looks exactly like the photos on the website, the details are amazing, and it arrived well packaged. You can tell they check the items before shipping.
The delivery took a bit to arrive, but they explain it clearly and once it reached my country I got the local tracking right away. Totally worth the wait.
Overall, very happy with my purchase and I will definitely order again!
