I'd like to respond to your feedback regarding delivery. We have had similar feedback from other customers about our delivery. We were using Hermes, but we have recently (as of 13.05.19) switched all our UK delivery to Royal Mail, who have much higher levels of customer satisfaction.
We want to give our customers the best possible online shopping experience and your feedback helps us to improve.
Gorgeous sparkly lacy veil. Perfect!
Was really pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of the product. It looks more sparkly in person than you see on the website and is gorgeous! Would 100% recommend this product and seller. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful veil
Beautiful veil. Can't wait to wear it. One I sent back as it was too long for my dress but super soft and wish the one I've kept was as soft but elbow length and a little stiffer,but well worth the money and ever so pretty.Heart skipped a beat when I opened the box. Tried on similar in bridal stores for 4 X the cost. I'm so pleased.Would highly recommend.

Great service
Great service. Had to return and order a larger petticoat. Got refunded and postage paid. One should ask for prepaid label. Tried it today with my gown and perfect, long enough not too long and my height is 5-7. Love it, just as good (if not better as 2 frills)as bridal shop but £20 cheaper. Definitely recommend 👰💃 xx

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered a Communion dress for my daughter, it’s stunning. Delivery was so quick- then I had to make contact to exchange for next size. Sent back and received back today.

In regards to our postage costs, we do try to keep postage costs as low as possible and we don't make any profit on postage. We do also offer free delivery when customers spend over £50.

Best Value Veil
I wasn’t convinced whether I’d wear a veil so I didn’t want to spend a lot, finding one that was simplistic, faultless and nicely finished with a pencil edge for under £20.. unbelievable but true.. can’t wait to wear it in September!

Loved the bridal items ordered and happy with the quality. Only issue is that the site advertises free returns but doesn’t provide a Royal Mail pre paid returns label in the package. If you checkout as a guest you don’t have the opportunity to go back into your account and presumably create a pre paid return? It’s not very clear. Ended up

All customers (either guest customers or with an account) can print a free returns label by visiting our Returns Policy page and following the instructions there. This information is also included in the invoice that comes with your order.
