Moldy shirt!! misleading customer service
I have ordered three different shirts and those are arrived on the 30th of Jan. But! One of them had mold yes, you did read it correctly, it was mold inside that sealed package. The paper inside and the material was moldy too. So, I called the customer service after I got that within 5minutes. They did not want to believe that.... It was necessary to made three photos! After I did drive 50mins to leave that in the Lacoste shop because as I was misleading, I thought I can swap that to a different one. But not. I have ordered in the same day two shirts again. But obviously I lost the free delivery, I lost the price match. I got a £20 voucher which was zero end of the day after the parking, petrol cost plus the two hours I have lost from my day. Basically it is ended up more cost for me than.
The customer service said if I do leave the shirt in the shop I don't need to wait for 10 day to refund because it is already with Lacoste Since 01.30. that shit is with the Lacoste team at the shop. Do you think they sent my money back? No! But I got fake promises, misleading information and more fake promises. Now I spent over two hours on phone and my money still missing after 12 days! But they got the moldy shirt back 12 days ago. This is insane. This is a joke. This is not a customer service. Is this quality?! The mold inside of a sealed package? I lost money to take it back to them and after I lost plenty of time to chase them after the fake promises and misleading information. Absolutely insane!
Tomorrow I am going to take this further. They can play with someone else's time and nerves. All calls are recorded the relevant authorities can listen they ongoing bullshit.
