SCAMMERS I ordered hoping to use something other than pads. They took way too long to receive, terrible quality, and too small.
Requested a refund within hours of receiving. Requires shipping outside the country for 80+ dollars! I end up paying 30+ dollars and have nothing!
I wish they would do the right thing and provide a US return address since the also require proof of tracking and pictures of the receipt for shipping.

Scammers. Ordered underwear for my mother, took so long to deliver them that I put in a PayPal claim. Unfortunately they did arrive so I had to admit this to PayPal but they were too small and terrible quality. The case was closed. I asked for a replacement, as advertised in their ads, that a 100% guarantee for replacement and could keep the item. Waited another 6 weeks waiting for a processed email to arrive for replacement. Well now they are saying the item is sold out and I can return items to London. I looked up the address and they are apartments so not sure if this is another scam. They claim if it's too expensive to post they offer me 40% refund. Most people will give up at this stage but I'm going to try for another PayPal claim. If I lose again then so be it.

I received the product and am extremely disappointed, totally USELESS!!

No chance of return or refund as they deceive that the product is located in AUS. - it’s just more imported junk!

This company is a total scam! I waited 3 mos for an order. They created a shipping label but never shipped the order. Many emails back and forth, promising its on the way. Never was sent, never received, wouldn't refund my payment. I had to file a claim with PayPal that took a month and I finally got my refund. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!

Do not buy from this seller. The product is shipped from China and takes weeks to arrive. The sizing is crazy.....if you wear a medium, you need to order XL. They might send you the correct size, or not. Refunds just don't happen - they want you to return the product to a London address at an exorbitant shipping cost.

This is a scam. I have never received my order . Ordered and paid fully in November 2024 and never delivered. Many emails sent and promises received that they are sorry and have sent replacement but nothing ever received.

They are basically dishonest in what they advertise.
1. ONLY buy with paypal or another company who refund if problems.
2. If the products haven’t arrived in 3 weeks, IMMEDIATELY report them as not having arrived, so you are covered by the 30 days to report a problem.
3. File a complaint with paypal or similar company for them to refund what you paid.
If you bought the pants and the size is wrong, it specifically states that you contact them within 30 days with order no and they will send correct size, NO NEED TO RETURN PRODUCT.
4. DO NOT RETURN or agree to 40% off. They owe you the correct size or full money back!
5. Ask Paypal to trace the source of their account so they can be apprehended and action taken! OR Paypal could put a hold on any money while they are being investigated
6. The parcel definitely came from China. The UK address is a scam as some people say it could not be delivered. Do not throw good money after bad and pay return postage.

As others have said - this is a scam. After taking money, have had no further response from them. You can only contact them through email and they do not respond.

Placed an order on Dec. 26, 2024. Got a shipping number, then the number stopped working for tracking. I have contacted them 5 times, and each time they tell me how they are going to "escalate" my situation to their distributor. No, they aren't. They don't do anything. They got $50 out of me.

Terrible. This company is a scam. Never received order. Chased repeatedly. They claim they sent replacement. This was a lie. The tracking no was the same as the original one that was 'lost'. Don't waste your time and money.

Do not order from this company. It took 5 weeks to receive my order. I contacted their support email and never received a response. I finally received the order today and not only was I sent the wrong size, the quality is absolutely horrible!

Placed order and received reply that they were busy and order will be delayed - one week later after not receiving any news I chased order to be told it was lost and they were trying to trace it - chased again and told them to send replacement received an abrupt reply as soon as possible I then asked for a refund (still awaiting that) there are much better more reliable companies around I suggest you use one of them

I too have been scammed by these scammbags i ordered pack of 5 just after christmas not a sign of them yet Emailed the company twice no response fed up of these scammers i will NEVER EVER order anymore with any company on the internet again please be aware of any company that you dont know

If I could rate this company a "0" I would have! I have been waiting for my order for over a month. I was told the first shipment got lost in transit. They were going to issue another order. Never received. I have been in contact with their support, but nothing gets done. I even reported the situation to Shop Pay and nothing has been done. I'm totally disgusted.

I have contacted my credit card company asking for a refund of my charge. This company is not legit. The nice lady in the dispute company at Discover told me always to go to google and read independent reviews. I did not know that. Now I do. I will NEVER get scammed in this way again. I NEED my $79.909. Here's hoping I get it.

Like many others, I ordered without checking reviews. This "business" lies and steals. I made 2 orders in late November. One order got "lost by the deliverer" and the other was missing product. The underwear does make noise so I only wear them around the house. They are smaller than sized. I have been emailing regularly to get product or money back about both orders. The responses are "thank you for your patience", "we are investigating", "we will escalate this order". One email promised that the new order would be sent out in 4-5 days and be at my door within 8 - 15 business days. However, there were never new order numbers or tracking numbers. Nothing came. I've contacted the BBB but LadyDry is based neither in Canada nor the US so they won't do anything about it. I'm seeking other ways to make this company honour their agreement...

I certainly should have read the reviews.
I did receive the order but the underwear are simple and surely not leakproof.
I paid 78$ cdn and was reimbursed 40% to avoid paying 68$ cdn to return them with a traking number to UK. They were shipped to me from Toronto, real rip-off. Reimburse 28$, don't know how they came up with that number 78*40% should equal 31,20$...
Could not believe it! Stay away, this is not what they advertise. I will return to Knix, at least they sell good quality and barely more expensive.

I received my order after a long wait.
Items sent were the wrong size and to be honest looked very poor quality but as they were the wrong size I couldn’t use them.
I emailed the support and was given an address in the Uk to return at my own expense with a request to forward proof of postage .i have done this but despite following up 3 times now I am still waiting for a refund.!!
I would seriously advise anyone to avoid this company.

Like everyone else I purchased some ladydry products back in August and have still to receive part of the order. Repeatedly chased by email and only ever get the same reply that the goods have been shipped and will investigate. DO NOT place an order with this company as you will not see any goods or your money again. A total SCAM.

Take your money and that's that. All correspondence..(when you get it)is a message that's the same everytime.
Money down the drain. Rouges.
8 weeks and nothing.
