SCAM. They take your money and don't deliver the product. I e-mailed but just get excuses.They also refused to cancel my order. Do not order from this company. Trustpilot should allow zero stars as this company don't deserve 1 star, but I had to choose it so I could leave review.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.
Like most reviewers, I wish I had read reviews first.
Ordered in November, nothing in late December. Complaint and refund request with PayPal pending.

I wish I could give less than one star. Made the mistake of buying two sets of the lady dry underwear. Never have I seen something so cheaply made badly sized and just all around low quality. I returned the items which by the way needed to be returned to London England so the cost was high and have not gotten refund or communication since despite following their instructions to the letter do not buy from this company.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. You order and send them your money and never receive the order. They are a disaster. DONT go near them.

I really wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. It seemed such a good offer but goods not delivered. Lost in transit apparently and would resend. I won’t hold my breath. If I do receive the goods I will post it here. Name seems to have changed from wear lady dry to ladydry

Ordered the product in early September and still have not received the goods. Refuse to refund payment. A scam, I should have read the reviews before ordering.

This company is a SCAM. Don't order from them, they take your money upload a FREE!! BOOKLET, but do not send your order. Have sent several emails asking for my money back but have been ignored. Only put one star, just because I had put something but they don't deserve any.

Nothing has gone right. As with other reviews I too placed an order in October and have not received the goods.
It is disgusting that a firm treats customers like thus.

Should have read the reviews! Ordered and paid but package never arrived. Emails say they are looking into it, but nothing has arrived and my refund request ignored.

These are the LOUDEST pair of underwear I have ever heard or worn! They sound just like the old-fashioned plastic covers that were put over cloth diapers and just as hot. Imagine wearing plastic underwear and you are spot on. If you are noncognizant then the sound of the LadyDry incontinence underwear is for you! Every move lets the world know you are wearing hot plastic underwear! They are not as described.

Lynnea brought my stuff in when she saw my walker, so kind of her! She even grabbed my mail for me. Such a great girl!

After more years then I'd like to recall I was having to settle for the bulky pads / liners. It is so nice to be able to wear underpants again. I just saw them online and decided to give these a try. I tried other underpants but all they did was feel bulky and droopy like diapers. The I tried yours and man do I love them. Your product makes me happy to be able to wear just underpants. Thank you for making these so comfortable abit pricey for the fixed income I get but worth it. I recently ordered more which I'm waiting to get delivered. I will honestly recommend your product to all my friends. Again thank you for making something that is well worth the peace and comfort.

This company are hopeless. They can't deliver, when eventually the goods arrived they are awful. They use delay tactics about delivery and the same when you return the items. Please don't use them you will be disappointed.

What did I like? Easy to navigate website and prompt delivery.
What did I dislike? I bought a 5-pack when this was on special, perhaps $47+ which with freight came to $50+. Instead $90.60 was deducted from our MasterCard. 14.10.2024, with no indication that the freight might be from beyond NZ.
I bought XXL because my purchase of another brand of XL were too tight. Those that arrived today are too big. Could they be replaced, please, with XL.
The website at the time indicated this was possible

1 star but should be a minus number, shamming a pensioner of a refund after confirming they had received the return parcel, emails back and fro with them blatently stalling the refund they clearly have no intensions of doing this, and there is no phone mumber to call them.

Totally need to stop ordering stuff I see on fb late at night when my filters are down. The product did not do what they claimed and I guess I wasted $60, since refunds seem to be hopeless, according to other reviewers. Ugh. Should have checked reviews FIRST, but past midnight, I tend to impulse buy. And the marketers probably count on that.

I ordered this product and it arrived on time. That is as good as it got! The product did not work as advertised. The goods were of assorted colours and sizes despite having the same size label. The product was useless so I sent it back at my own cost with the company promise that I would be reimbursed upon receipt. This did not happen and I have now been told to use the credit card charge back system! This business is untrustworthy and their product is shonky! Do not buy anything from them!!!

I have not received my order from Ladydry after three weeks and have requested a refund. - they now tell me that their system is down and to file a chargeback - I have never been so frustrated, and I have to admit that this company are certainly not worth dealing with. I ordered through a Facebook ad - which I should have known was not the best way to order something and was advised the order would be with me within five days - not likely - I still haven't received the order, and I am not sure if I will ever get my money back - don't order from them is my opinion not even worth one star - such a pity we couldn't add no stars
